Sara Beeks at AdaptHealth was such an excellent resource for me! I called with an issue and questions and she was diligent in helping to resolve my situation. Hours after we spoke, she sent me an email with additional information and assured me she was looking for a video! She is an amazing representative of the company; knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Thank you, Sara!

RayQuon did a fantastic job of bringing in the equipment and setting it up. He made sure to demonstrate how to use the remote for the bed before he left. Thank you.

Was looking for a new DME after problems with my old one. My case manager from the insurance called them, they said they could provide the incontince product I have been using for years. I also check and they said yes. So I go through the process to get a prescription from doctor. When the get the prescription I call them back and that is when they tell me oh we don't provide that, but we will provide you this other product. I am sick of this bait and switch. I have an autism spectrum disorder and sensory issues and they will not take that into account

Mary is amazing and called and kept me updated on getting my 02Concept!! She’s just what customer service is all about!! Donovan and James made sure when things were delivered that I had ample tubing and supplies and showed me how to work the unit they brought!! What a great team!!

The lady who waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She joked with me and made the entire experience great. Even the other lady who was working the desk was friendly and funny. I love going to that store.
