Jan 17,2025Was looking for a new DME after problems with my old one. My case manager from the insurance called them, they said they could provide the incontince product I have been using for years. I also check and they said yes. So I go through the process to get a prescription from doctor. When the get the prescription I call them back and that is when they tell me oh we don't provide that, but we will provide you this other product. I am sick of this bait and switch. I have an autism spectrum disorder and sensory issues and they will not take that into account
