The service technician was professional friendly and knowledgeable about all the medical equipment delivered. Also they delivered the same day that the order was approved!

Wish zero was an option! I paid for supplies they didn't send. And again. And my most recent attempt? They have deactivated my account because 'it's inactive for three years' Then why do I have the emails and the credit charges I paid them THIS YEAR? Is this sickly inefficient or something worse?

We arrived in Keene and realized that part of my CPAP mask was left at home (3000 miles away)! After we got the prescription from the sleep clinic, I was able to purchase the necessary mask. And now I can sleep again!!!

The appointment started early. David was polite, courteous, and offering to help at every junction of the appointment. I received my new equipment and all and any questions were answered.

The rep was professional and kind. He knew his product, if ? Arose, if he felt he needed more info, he quickly advised he will call right back with that answer, and he did. He handled the entire claim, purchase and delivery of product and fully explained it's functions

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Why? I have a potty chair right now that rickety andd I've only had it 6 months. I'm only able to straddle it for fear of it going to the ground. Also starting August 31, adapthealh (areocare) Lavonia, Ga. brought 5 tanks of oxygen and a concentrator out to my house and I only used it a couple of days. The oxygen mixture eventually was not mixed right, because while I used it, I experienced nausea so bad I was at the point of vomiting. I called areocare of Lavonia and they came out TWICE to attend to this and it was to no avail. Offered me some free new tubing! WOW! Then on top of that, I asked them to please come pick it up cause I'm not paying for something I do not use. And it was November 15, 2024 before they did, however they are very good at billing me for something I didn't use. So upon speaking to their financial representative at the Winston-Salem office, I was told if I didn't pay my outstanding bill, I will never be able to purchase from them again. Gee, I'm shaking in my boots. I think I'll be able to survive without their wonderful equipment. Be wise and never, ever use Areocare not Adapt Health. You've been warned.

Jessica was very patient with me as I am not the most electronic savvy person. She explained everything to me and even set up my phone bluetooth to my new cpap machine. She helped me set up my account also.

Anissa (manager in the office) was so helpful! After two weeks of calling and trying to get equipment, she had everything handled within 5 mins and a delivery coming that afternoon. Anthony was the delivery guy and he was just amazing to work with and switched all equipment with ease and very knowledgeable!

Experience was fine. Problem was---the mess you have to go thru to talk to someone at the "store showroom"! I wouldn't have made this order if I didn't know I had no choice in what I was getting. I like to see the shirt, shoes, chair, car before purchasing. Just my way of buying something. Also the getting to talk to someone is really crazy! Ron Brown
