Dec 31,2024Only Kreg Penny made it great. It was very pleasant & professional. He answered all my questions & made sure my concentrator worked before he left. The call center did not let them know what all they were exchanging out but went over it with me on the phone. It is extremely hard to reach them or get a returned call.

The delivery person took the time to show my husband how to manage my Mom’s new travel chair, and my husband was able to show us how to use the chair. It is an amazing piece of equipment that my 93 yr old Mom really needed. Thank you so much!
