I got connected to this criminal company a few years ago when I tried the product Neugenics. Since I was taking only two thirds the daily recommended dose I was purchasing a bottle as I went along when a sales rep talked me into their auto system which I set up on a six week basis. It was more like monthly and I called to cancel. The rep was cordial and corrected the problem by setting the schedule to every two months plus set me on a discount per bottle of $54. This worked great for a couple years until they wanted me to try a sample of another product with no pressure to continue purchase. Thats when I started getting a bottle every three weeks plus charged $82 per bottle plus still receiving the first order I had set up two years ago for every two months at $54 . When I finally caught this I called and requested they return my money back for the three bottles at $82 that I didnt order. The rep I spoke with said they would only refund me for the most recent bottle I received and that really pissed me off and I told him to cancel any and all auto shipments and my credit card info I didnt want anything more to do with them. Its a shame because the product was working good for me and I was happy with the auto shipment we had set up. They like most everyone today wasn’t satisfied and got greedy so they began charging my credit card without my authorization. Because this was over the past holiday season it caused me severe financial difficulty before I was able to discover the problem. Shame on you adaptivehealth for screwing over a loyal customer. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this company they will start off helpful but will soon get greedy and fraudulently charge your credit card. For those that have been doing business with them its just a matter of time. Since after I started I noticed their product on the shelves in stores. Ive also became aware of several other companies putting out similar products and because they screwed me and ruined my Christmas I refuse to use their product Neugenics and purchase a similar product with a different company at a much lower price.

People here are so friendly and easy to work with. They meet all of my oxygen needs. They are experts and will answer all of my questions quickly. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable! I have use several oxygen providers in the Las Vegas area and they are by far the best!!!!

Tech called a day ahead of time and confirmed my order, delivered my order on time as promised and gave me enough time to do other things I had planned for the day.

I thought everything was great till after my brother passed away. The billing still charged me for the bi-pap my brother rented. Someone from the company had picked up the Bi pap that my brother only used 3x. The hospital put him on their system being on life support most of the time. The company first called and said they needed money to start the service so my brother could get the machine. I used my charge card. That same day his insurance kicked in and paid for most of it. My brother only used it for three days before he died. They had me on auto-pay so I called them to refund my money knowing his insurance paid for it. Billing said his insurance won't let me get a refund. Now I'm his sister helping out. That's my account not connected to his insurance company. She said I need to keep on paying till it's paid for. I said, by law, I am not responsible for my brother's bills. I wanted to close his account and she said I could not. Nor get a refund. So I closed that card. She wasn't understanding, caring, or helpful. I will never use this company again. They were trying to steal money from another elderly person. No wonder they have so many lawsuits against them.
