The billing for this company is atrocious. I have now had terrible issues on both my account and my husband's. I am an accountant and can tell you that I have never gotten clear answers when I've called with a question on what I'm paying for or what I'm being billed for or what I owe. I was charged for the wrong equipment and went through a lengthy process to finally get that sorted out after I had to explain to 3 levels of managers how it was wrong. They also assured me I would be billed for the correct equipment under one insurance plan (where I had hit my deductible) and I told them I didn't want the order if it would hit my new plan - and what do you know they sent me the new order and billed the new plan so I had to pay 3 times as much as I could have gotten the supplies on Amazon. Then, they assigned one of my husband's bills to the wrong account and sent it to collections without us ever getting the bill in the mail or on our online account. Then couldn't tell us what it was for when we called. Then said it was for his Cpap. He has a biPAP! Just incompetent all around as far as billing.

Scam Artist! The company tried to recharge me for my cpap machine. Told me that the payment process restarted every time I changed my insurance. Do not trust these people. if you order supplies, have them send you a receipt for your purchase. You have been warned!

Everything was done well and professionally. My tech was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The only problem I encountered was the tech not arriving until 8:45pm.
