Dec 12,2023Rep was great when he visited and the bed was delivered on time and the fitters were great. One problem I do have is that the bed is quite a bit lower that I expected, which can be problematic for me in rising from the bed. Very comfortable, however, but the height is probably going to cause me problems.

Dec 10,2023We were always fans of the beds so when we wanted to replace them after 18 and a half years there was no competition, we had to back to adjustamatic. we could not just order new beds though we had to have a salesman to "sell" us the beds although he was more interested in selling us chairs at £6,000 each. The replacement beds are very comfortable and have guard rails at the head to help us get in and out.

Dec 10,2023We have had adjustamatic beds for 25 years on our 3rd the first is still going s trong with the mother in law the second was a newer model that we could not get away with at all sorry to say now the 3rd as good if not better than the first not as many bells and whistles but a relaxing comfortable bed that adjusts to my needs and my wife's nearly 70 so will expect this bed to outlast us well done to adjustamatic a great bed thankyou

Dec 09,2023I was blown away by everything! The agent that came round was very informative and helped me with everything. The call centre kept me up to date with delivery. The two fella that can to deliver and set up my bed were fantastic. Best company I have ever dealt with

Dec 07,2023Recently purchased twin Adjustamatic beds. Very happy with the sales consultant, the speed of the build and the installation team. The mattresses have taken us a while to get used to after 10 years on our old tempur mattress. When first lying down we are aware of pressure points but these are gone by the time we wake up. It may be we haven’t found the optimal sleeping position yet. Overall we are happy with our new beds.

Dec 02,2023The bed was delivered on the day promised and within the time frame. The operatives we were very cheerful and made an excellent job of assembling the bed and removing all packaging. I was given clear instructions on how to operate it and left with an instuction book . All in all a positive experience.

Dec 02,2023Sales assistant was very friendly but not pushy at all. The chair arrived and the two delivery men were also very polite and careful moving chair around other furniture. Chair is very comfortable although there was a slight problem with one arm and representive came promptly and agreed that they would change the arm, I am very happy with my dealings so far.

Dec 02,2023Spent £4000 on a Blenheim Recliner Chair .Not entirely happy with them or their customer Service.I have 4 chronic disabilities and was not happy with the back of the chair.i have rung them 4 times.They have never rung back. They arranged for an engineer to come out once but then cancelled it. Yet I get three reminders about payment for the chair before payment date is due.6 weeks after initially phoning them regarding my query I have the same problem with the chair and company as when I purchased because no one has been in touch with regards my issue.Company seem not interested in my problem.

Nov 30,2023All good so far, excellent sales person and delivery went as good as we could hope for, my mother loves her chair and finds it very comfortable which is just as well as she’s sitting in it for at least 12 hours a day.

Nov 28,2023Bought my Adjustamatic bed nearly two years ago - This was a replacement for Adjustamatic bed I had had for fifteen years plus. Bed salesperson good and installers excellent. After sales service appalling. After many times trying to make contact, engineer finally called in May this year to attend with noise problem on raising the foot end. He did improve it but said he had to come back again to complete this and I would be contacted. No communication despite phone calls and letter sent. Suddenly last week a phone call - hooray I thought - but no only 'follow up' call for someone to visit and I should have had a letter, nothing to do with outstanding complaint, suspect wanting probably to sell insurance! Given number to phone and this of course was Customer Service. Leave message, no one available (as usual) Another week and still no response!! Sixty years business experience and never had such appalling customer service with other companies, leaves one speechless. NO ONE WILL TALK WITH YOU.

Nov 13,2023The mattress is so comfortable, I had fractures in my spine and pelvis so ordered this bed and I wake up with no aches and pains which is great. I would have given this bed 5* but the aroma off the mattress has not gone away after airing even after a month, it isn't as strong but hoping it will eventually go. Otherwise can't fault the bed at all.
