Whole thig seems rather flimsy. The headboard moves about and bangs on the wall. The matress is OK but not up to the standard I would expect from a bed costing in excess of £3000
The two recliners are very good and comfortable and meet mine and my wife's needs and I would recommend you to my family and friends.
The service so far received from Adjustamatic has been outstanding! They are quick, friendly and extremely helpful. The sales person who called to advise as to the best product, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The two people who delivered the recliner were polite, thoughtful and thorough. The job was done efficiently and smoothly, with the old recliner chair being removed for later collection. That collection happened as scheduled with no need for any further involvement. Today's telephone call was reassuring and kind. With some feedback about the possibility of future handsets being set up in Braille to add those with limited or no vision. All in all, this company does its utmost best for its customers. Thank you Adjustamatic!
The delivery team were great. They brought the bed in, built it and removed all the rubbish before giving me a demonstration of how the handset is used to operate it. I'm very happy with it.
Avoid this company at all costs..they are crooks! My £6000 bed has only been operable 6 out of the 24 months I’ve had it! The mattress keeps deflating to a blancmange and won’t pump up again. No one answers the phone or replies to your messages. Eventually when you get an engineer out they say they’ve fixed it but the next day the same fault reappears. They procrastinate until you’re out of the gaurantee period although the engineer said they had had the same problem with so many models they had discontinued that mattress and would replace it with a static one. On enquiring by email-they wouldn’t answer the phone, when my new mattress was arriving they eventually replied and said I would have to pay another £350 + first as it was now out of gaurantee! That was their fault as they’d procrastinated on the repair- that they never fixed which surely must have been guaranteed? I have never had such appalling post sale customer service in my life! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!
The salesman, Barry Wilkinson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The chair was delivered on time and the two man team were fun and competent. The chair is so comfortable and the massage is wonderful. Thanks.
I have found the Head of bed fine which has helped the fact I need to sleep raised up,however the mattress is too firm and extremely uncomfortable. To alleviate this I am using the memory foam topper from my previous bed which is far from ideal as it hangs over the sides. I am hoping the mattress softens.The bed has only solved 1 of 3 problems I was hoping it would improve. My purchasing experience as were the chaps who put the bed together was good.
Great service from first phone call to talking to the sales rep and delivery get a great good night's sleep get up without stiffness and aches worth every pound couldn't live without it now thanks to all at a adjustamatic beds

I bought the bed from the Southampton store,very friendly and helpful staff.The mattress is very comfortable, the base is a really nice colour grey very pleased with the purchase.
I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE BED £10,000 LESS VAT FOR DISABLED. THE DESIGN WAS WRONG WITH AN OVERHANG. WE HAVE NO WAY OF SITTING ONLY ON THE SIDE. I'M 6FT 5IN TALL AND I SIT AS FAR BACK AS POSSIBLE. THEN ONE DAY I FELT THE OVERHANG MOVE AND I STRUGGLED DEEPLY TO SEE THE PROBLEMS! WAS HORRIFIED TO SEE THE BED MADE FROM MDF! WHERE THE SUPPORT WAS IT HAD BROKEN ON THE EDGE. I COMPLAINED BITTERLY ABOUT THE QUALITY AND SOMEONE CAME OUT AND WAS VERY POLITE, HOWEVER I WAS TOLD IF IT BROKE AGAIN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY! IT WAS REINFORCED AGAIN WITH MDF I BELIEVE AND I CONSTRUCTED A FRAME TO SUPPORT THE MATTRESSES WHEN DOWN. I WAS SUPPLIED FABRIC TO COVER THE FRAME AND THAT IS IT. I HAD AN INSPECTION FROM REPRESENTATIVE AND VOICED MY DISMAY OVER THE QUALITY OF THE BUILD... I GOT THE IMPRESSION NOT INTERESTED! I TAKE NOTHING AWAY FROM THE TECHNOLOGY INVOLVED, ONLY BUILD QUALITY. MY WIFE DIED 2 YEARS AGO AND HER SIDE DEFLATES IN A COUPLE OF HOURS... AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS I AM GETTING A "COURTESY" CALL OUT.... I WAS OFFERED £500 DISCOUNT OFF ANOTHER BED IN EXCHANGE, CHEAPEST BEING AROUND £3000. MY COMPLAINT IS JUST UNCARING AND I CHALLENGED SENIOR EXECUTIVES TO VIEW MY PROBLEMS AND NOTHING THUS FAR. HERITAGE BED, DUAL MATTRESSES, AI MANAGEMENT, VIBRATION, REMOTE CONTROLS FOR INFLATION AND TILT ETC. ============================= UPDATE REPLY FOR ADJUSTAMATIC... I FOUND IT INSULTING THAT AN EXCHANGE VALUE OF 500 WOULD BE GIVEN... I WOULD RATHER BE GIVEN SOMETHING BACK AND BUY FROM THE RANGE! Do not buy Adjustamatic Sleep ID mattresses unless the company can give you a 'long run in period'. After problems with the product and many communications, I was informed that I should have reported any problems within the 2 week period noted in their terms and conditions. Also be aware that these mattresses work with a remote control, which you have to use almost every night, to adjust your mattress because of changes to atmospheric pressure. Yes really!! I renewed my mattresses in April 2023 at the suggestion of an Adjustamatic representative who had come to carry out a 'routine inspection'. My existing Adujustamatic rise and fall bedframe and mattresses were quite old but in my opinion perfectly functional. However I was persuaded by the salesman that new 'best in range' mattresses would benefit me, as I have chronic back pain. Several issues then occured:- These new mattressess were very tight fitting on my existing bed frame. I have now noticed that these mattresses (on the Adjustamatic website) have a different frame. I was only made aware of the remote controls on delivery. After about 6 weeks I was aware of the 'deflating' feeling of the mattress at which point I realised I must use the remote control. These mattresses are sold as something which will mould to your body. Instead the mattress deflates with ridges created around your body and is not in the least supportive or particularly comfortable. When I contacted the company and after multiple communications an engineer was sent to examine and repair the 'infrastructure'. He did indeed find a fault - at this stage the mattresses were only 4 months old. The mattresses remain uncomfortable even after the repair. The company's resolution to my dissatisfaction was to offer to replace these mattresses at a cost of another £1600@, on top of the £3300 I had already spent in April. Buyer Beware.
On the morning of my delivery my dog hurt his leg badly and I had to get him to a vet. The men who were delivering my bed hung on for me to get back snd were really kind and helpful. I love my new bed I wish I had bought one sooner
After 40 years my wife and I decided to replace our bed, our decision to go for Adjustamatic was significantly enhanced by Dermot at the Grand Designs exhibition at the Excel on 2nd May 2023. I believe it was 2 hours of demonstration, sales , objections, pros and cons. Finally we sealed the deal but did not want delivery until the year end. 7th November 2023 the bed arrived the guys who installed it were terrific, efficient, tidy and a great sense of humour ... just like Dermot. Since then we have had chance to use the bed in earnest. The purchase was based on what we thought the future may hold ... its terrific, right here right now. It is the most perfect replacement you can imagine. In the words of FleetwoodMac ... I'm never going back. My advice .. don't hesitate Just Do It.
After seeing the blog on Facebook I decided to ask for a catalog! Then about a couple of hours later I received a phone call regarding the Adjustamatic bed, which led to a visit by a salesman, whom was very helpful and explained the range and the quality of the beds. Then he measured what size the space was as we wanted 2 single beds! Then came the nitty gritty part, The price thankfully I had kept up with the Facebook posts and new what deals were available at the time, this plus the fact that I have terminal cancer other discounts were available. So we placed an order and paid the deposit! A few weeks later we paid the balance of the price and were given a date for delivery and installation. The guys that delivered and installed the beds were excellent and explained how they worked and everything else. We finned the beds very comfortable and easy to operate! We are very pleased and happy customers.
