Oct 20,2022I ordered a 29" Large Lightweight Hard Shell Luggage Suitcase on Amazon convinced by the large number of favourable reviews, without realizing that a great number of negative trustpilot interviews were not recorded on the Aerolite site. The suitcase is nothing special . I could have bought similar locally for much less of what I paid. The zip does not look very strong . Also is practically impossible to return it, since they demand that one pays1 for the return cost. So make sure you don't have any other choices locally before ordering one of these

Oct 07,2022I wish I had checked this page prior to purchase as it seems numerous individuals have been caught out by an utterly worthless five year warranty. My suitcase also arrived broken following my first flight, despite being barely five days old, let alone five years! As per the other reviews here, I have been told about the triangle tags advising that essentially there is no warranty, because this triangle tag excludes anything that could go wrong, and I am expecting exactly the same response to this review. The numerous individuals commenting here having had their suitcase break upon being very new, clearly shows this brands’ suitcases are poor quality and the company do not care once they’ve received your money. Avoid making a purchase if you don’t want to waste your money.

Oct 02,2022The mini max is a great case as far as fitting on as hand luggage but once full it just won't stand up. Not sure if this is normal but it's incredibly frustrating.

Oct 01,2022Good looking bag. Would of given top marks if it had drinks holders on the side for when you use it as a back back. Other than that it's just what we needed. We've only just received it so we haven't used it but it looks good quality so im sure it'll be good.

Sep 09,2022I acquired 2 carry on cases for a 6 day visit to Norway! Very light and so far durable! The zip will be the test in time! The paper marketing material was annoying! There still remains some unsightly paper when torn off! Be good to have a fixed label facility! Still pleased so far as well made/ fitted and VFM. Thanks!

Sep 06,2022Damaged on first use. Massive dent in one of the bags. This is exempted from their warranty as it's included as mishandling. However, my advice would be to go for better quality luggage and look elsewhere. The material just feels very flimsy and susceptible to easy damage. Very disappointed.

Sep 03,2022Bought 2 large suitcases in March but after using them twice there were problems with the handles. Contacted them and was advised to email my complaint and send pictures which I did. I sent the email Thursday 17.20 and got an apology before 9.00 on Thursday and they are processing my refund. Totally impressed with their speedy action. Thanks Maddie

Sep 02,2022No clarity on delivery, I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered at the end of day two. Trying to contact customer services is a joke because the phone is never answered, so I left messages which were not replied to. The product I ordered is great but for the reasons above I will shop elsewhere.

Sep 01,2022I ordered 2large suitcases 18th of July for next day delivery. Left for holidays on 21st no sign of delivery. Checked on my ring bell they delivered after I left only 1suitcase and left near bins in front of my house in open air. On return I tried calling to hear recording no one available to answer. Sent 2emails no reply so far. Will now try and get refund through card issuer. Avoid them. Diabolical after sales service. They don’t deserve even 1star but no other option.

Aug 28,2022I ordered a hard case from Aerolote thinking it would be durable, and knowing it comes with a warranty. It didn’t even survive leaving my flat, and they have done everything to dodge honouring the warranty. Better to spend a little more on a decent brand who will behave properly when the product isn’t fit for purpose.

Aug 27,2022Bought 3 cabin sized trolley cases to use on a Flybe flight as hand luggage. Wanted a case we could use for all our luggage for the 4 days. These were perfect, we took all the clothes we needed and still had room for a few souvenirs. The scales came in handy to make sure we didn’t go over the 7kg limit. The telescopic handle is a bit wobbly and I half expected it to come off whilst wheeling my case to the train station from our hotel but it’s still there! Also one of the little net compartments has ripped but I think that’s my fault rather than the cases.

Aug 23,2022The cases are lovely but if you do have an issue the warranty is worthless. I lost a handle after a single flight and apparently that is not a manufacturer defect! (You decide….I expected more!) Maybe look to the high street so you can return an item that is defective, rather than receive a generic email saying sorry ‘your problem not ours!’

Aug 04,2022Non existent customer service for returning damaged case. No I’m not exaggerating, literally non existent, no mails returned and no one answers returns phone number. Worst customer services ever, avoid! Reply to Aerolite: Yes I have now found messages in Spam folder which is strange as other emails from Aerolite are in my regular inbox. This makes it look even more like you have not replied as receiving other mails from you. I left messages on phone line and nobody has replied so not just a case of reduced capacity. Would have been happy to wait a day or two for someone to call me back but no-one did. Will respond to latest mail now.
