I ordered two suitcases which arrived within 2 days, extremely efficient service and the suitcases are excellent.
I am a big fan of Aerolite products in terms of style, quality and a decent guarantee, but will look elsewhere after this experience. Summary - 2 Easyjet compliant mini-micro cases ordered. Yodel, who were Aerolite's preferred delivery company for this delivery claimed on 2 occasions they attempted to deliver, which they didn't, because like a lot of people these days we have a Ring doorbell which turns claim into fact. Cases eventually turned up 3 days late and one of the cases is not what was ordered. Contacted customer services Sunday expecting a reply sometime Monday to agree a solution and was concerned this had not happened, but having read the negative reviews on TP checked my spam folder at 1914 and pleased that there was a response and a swap has been arranged which needs to complete before we fly later this week. By the way the wrong case is more like a handbag, looks better in the flesh and quite stylish if that floats your boat.

Bought a luggage set and the medium size was damaged, emailed customer service 3 tines and yet to receive a response, clearly no regard for your customers.

Last minute purchase before taking an easy jet flight to Bologna. Does the job it is designed for in terms of providing the maximum capacity/size to place in an aircrafts overhead locker. Both roomy and light weight and I still had some room for purchases whilst on holiday. I am happy with just two wheels as I do not own a four wheel case although I can see the advantage of having one when navigating busy airports. It is important to note that you will have to cut down on any essential products that you normally store in your luggage in the hold. You have to cram liquid and creme products of 100cc or less like toothpaste etc into EasyJet’s own small see-through bags at security.

I recently bought two pieces of Aerolite hand luggage suitable for EasyJet carry on. Very disappointed. My wife had the EasyJet carry on retailing at about £50. First the retractable handle wouldn’t retract and then when eventually retracted, it wouldn’t stay up! Second piece was the Mini Max. Good for packing items but, when packed, it wouldn’t stand up. Very annoying. Take your hand off for a second and it topples over. Contacted Aerolite who didn’t bother to reply. Would not recommend the company nor their luggage.
Junk products. Cheap, poorly made packing cubes. Two tore on my first trip; have emailed the company twice and heard nothing back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Aug 03,2022We bought aerolite luggage direct from the company- 2 large, 2 medium rose gold ABS hard cases. Unfortunately after the first flight, one of the medium cases was badly damaged (huge dent in the corner) and there were numerous scratches on all. The free locks they provided have a 3 digit code. We used the same code for all 4 but one would not open. I broke it off with a bottle opener in the hotel very easily… not the most secure lock really! When we returned home I tried to let the support team know of our disappointment of the damage to the case following one holiday and was told it wasn’t their problem as per the warranty, airline handling had to be claimed through insurance. No sorry your dissatisfied, no acknowledgement that a case should not be so dented after ONE flight! Very poor customer service. I would pay the extra for better quality (and customer service) in future. The free scales were good though. Update- Aerolite replied to my review but still seem to be missing the point about customer service…
