We ordered two large suitcases and they were delivered very promptly but one had a fault. I reported the fault immediately and was promised that arrangements would be made to send a replacement and collect the faulty item. On the day due for the collection of the faulty item and the replacement delivery nothing has happened and I have had to chase up the customer service team who then had to apologise because only the collection of the faulty item had been put in hand and no replacement suitcase had been authorised. The person I spoke with has assured me he will send a replacement overnight tomorrow for us to receive in time for our forthcoming holiday for which we wanted the new luggage. The case that is in good order looks superb and hopefully will work well. The one with the fault had an issue with the faux strap at one end of the suitcase already touching itself as it had not been stuck on properly in the manufacturing process.
Quick efficient service, good communication when we had to amend the order and also throughout the order and delivery process. Would happily recommend Aerolite.

The selling point is the warranty and ABS case that can stand the transportation and handling vigours of airport baggage handlers. However, my case didn’t withstand the selling point and neither was the warranty honoured just a jumped up call handler named Eric. Advise people to look elsewhere for luggage as these clearly don’t stand up to travel or fit for their intended purpose!
This bag is a perfect size, and love the pocket on the front - would give 5 stars if there had been an internal pocket as well
For the price I paid for my purchase, I was expecting good quality for the cabin bag. But in fact, I was really disappointed with poor quality of material and the thread is coming out. I paid £17.49 which is way way too much, a fiver would be perfect. The colour is way too far from the photo. The only pro about this bag is, its very light and the size is perfect. Apart from that, its very disappointing.
I clicked on a suitcase with advertised price and as it came on screen the price increased! Not sure why as it was the same suitcase.
Easy check out. Received suitcase more quickly than expected. Great quality suitcase delivered in good condition. Did not get the padlock that was advertised to be with the case. Emailed customer Services immediately, still waiting for a response..... Customer service disappointing so far.

Item is fine but I paid for next day delivery which by mid evening I realised would not be coming. It arrived around 6pm next evening. Thank you for the reply, but its wrong. I ordered at 18:51 on Tuesday 24th May. It should have arrived via next day delivery which I paid for on Thursday 26th May. I waited at the allotted time but no show. It was finally delivered by DHL at 16:19 on Friday 27th May. It would be good practice if you just drop the patronising tone and give me a refund for the service paid for but not received.
Not a fan of buying without seeing. However I liked the look of the 3 set vintage luggage in cream. Bought it online and within 2 days it arrived. It’s a lovely set and I’m pleased with my purchase. I also think it’s excellent value .
The bag is really good just what I wanted ..however I have knocked of a star as I paid extra for next day delivery and didn't receive it for 3 days ..just got it in time for my holiday !!

Jun 15,2022Purchased a case to use for hand luggage (to comply with EasyJet requirements). Was advised the item was with the Hermes delivery driver. When item did not arrive after a number of days I contacted Aerolite UK. At this point I required the bag for an early morning flight the following day. Aerolite have now recalled my order from Hermes and will refund my money when the order is returned to them. I now have no case for my flight tomorrow morning, Aerolite have my money until they receive the item which means that even if I had time to purchase another case I do not have the funds. Very poor service.
