On the other hand DHL didn't deliver on the date it should have, received no notification that the delivery was delayed to the following day, which made me anxious as we were travelling on that day and needed the suitcase (hence I paid for next day delivery).

Apr 22,2022Had an Aerolite bag that I purchased back in 2017ish that has served me well until now. Unfortunately, the wheel is now loose/wobbly and it's not practical to use anymore. Contacted about warranty repair (it has 10 years) and they have refused to help since I don't have proof of purchase (and in my case it's impossible to get because I bought it on Amazon using an email address that no longer exists, and Amazon said they cannot revive the account and there is no way to recover it). I even still have the original warranty hang tag that came with it (I kept it in the bag), and can see when I search the model on Amazon it wasn't even first sold on the site until 2016, so it should be pretty obvious to them that it is less than 10 years old (since it wasn't even available to buy until 2016). The bag has been great until recently, but really disappointed that they will not honor warranty for a bag they know is still within its warranty period. The lack of service/assistance here sadly ruins my experience with the company (would have given 1 star but wanted some recognition that the bag in general was good until now).
