Received a courtesy email answering my query about the announce rebate for QLD. This was unexpected as when submitting my feedback/enquiry I stated no reply was necessary. Yet, the time was taken to reply and answer my concerns. I'm impressed as unexpected from such a large company.
AGL is unable for me to switch my NBN. I was with them for hours and the worst customer support. No expertise at all.
I am happy with AGL their price are well priced in the market and the services is very good and you can down load there app and see how much you are spending.

Aug 04,2022Getting support is made (I suspect deliberately) difficult. You can no longer reply to emails or initiate a support email. You are excepted to phone. Once you get to someone it's pot luck if they can answer other than basic questions. I like emailing as I don't have to wait on the phone & I used to get an email response to keep. For anything other than basics I just lodge a complaint and I then get a response. AGL aren't alone in this. Customer service is being sacrificed for cost saving in my opinion AGL's Nam has responded below The different ways of getting in touch are Phone (see above), and Chat & message both of which sends to to AGL's Virtual Assistant where you jump through robo hoops to try and navigate. That's harder than getting the run around when phoning. Sorry Nam but all ways of getting in touch are not customer friendly or deliver customer satisfaction. I repeat & stick by my opening comment. Getting support is made (I suspect deliberately) difficult.
