I received an AGL telecommunications invoice for $60.00. The cheapest account for telecommunications was quoted to me as $60.00. I accepted this in good faith knowing the plan I had confirmed would give credit of $15.00 per month. The bill I received noted plan fee as $75.00. This had never been quoted to me. I am disappointed with AGL and what seems to be a misrepresentation of the most reasonable charge for a monthly telecommunications fee. My estimation and understanding of AGL has gone down considerably and I would hesitate to recommend AGL.

I changed to AGL and within a week received a letter informing me of a price increase. This should have been explained to me before signing.

AGL is a great Company and their Prices are up there with the best my bills have been good, for bills that is, and discount is good too. A bigger discount is always good but what can we do? I will be staying with AGL.

some offer is very late give to customer. Not very happy with that! Just call customer to solve it, otherwise never fix it.
