Too early for extended review
In spite of what is going on behind the main play, I have always found AGL to be helpful and polite. I look forward to a good ongoing relationship with AGL.
I still find it difficult to compare the rates and what the different plans mean.
I telephoned with a "pensioner" question and my account. The lass who answered was polite but her first language was not English. I acknowledge it is useful to have employees that communicate in other languages, however the lass had difficulties understanding my questions, becoming frustrated, I thanked her and hung up without receiving an answers to my questions. I have to call again and hope I get someone who understands English
The quality of the reception was very noisy (static) and the operator was not prepared to accept the answers I gave to some of the questions asked.

I find it hard that I am not credited with all the peak energy rewards on the next bill but have to wait until the following bill to be credited with them.
I was most upset with my last bill as it was too high. I have solar panels (large) and couldn’t understand why it was so high. After talking with customer service, he went into looking for what was using the most power. He explained it all to me and I feel better to now understand and hopefully reduce my next bill.
Generally a good organisation. Some information is difficult to locate. Would like to see bills combined as was available in the past.
