This was the cheapest energy bill we have had in many years. I do realise we receive more rebates than previously and was happy to pay well before due date. With all the doom and gloom being spread it may be our last cheap bill.

It was only a small job. Change over from a deceased estate but it was done with sincerity & promptness & friendly attitude which helped greatly at a hard time. Much appreciated.

I have been an electricity and gas customer of AGL for a long time and have always been very happy with their service. I have two emergency monitors for my health, one for my heart and one for general health emergencies that both rely on electricity, so I must have a very reliable electricity provider. As I am an aged pensioner the increasing cost of both electricity and gas is causing me great concern. One of the many health problems I have is rheumatoid arthritis from my head to feet and in cold weather I have to keep warm to help with the pain. Unfortunately the unit I rent has an old electric heating and cooling central system that is very, very expensive to use. Furthermore all the talk in the media regarding Victoria and the rest of the country about to run out of electricity and there will be blackouts is absolutely disgraceful. Why have the Greens and all their like been listened to and allowed to cause this most serious problem ? This is Australia, yet we are becoming more and more like a third world country !!!!! Look after this country’s needs first before exporting to other countries, PLEASE.

I was enquiring after electricity account, as to my best options for cheaper power prices. I was informed that my current contract did not expire till Feb 2023 which was good to hear. Current new contracts could match some of my existing contract prices but other areas were dearer. So happy still saving money with AGL and their sales representatives, providing a very happy and professional service.

Easy to get thru to on phone. Always find someone who is helpful and deals with any queries or problems in a way that I understand. Very happy with all aspects of AGL.

The lady on the phone was very helpful and amended the issue (hopefully - the next bill will reflect this) But the very long wait time until one can get to speak to a human being,whilst being subjected to repetitive annoying marketing - which could be replaced with some nice piano music instead

Rang to find out why I received a refund cheque the customer service person was very helpful and friendly and he explained everything to me about why I had received the refund. He than fixed the way my account was set up to my satisfaction. Very professional and helpful staff. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
