The phone interview went well. Everything was explained to me.
I was given a extremely high estimate for my power usage for 3 months ($1448) considering my usual amount is $51 per month. I was put onto the resolution department who quickly and efficiently gave me a new bill which was mor like my usual power usage. All the issues I had on the day where handled with respect abd promptly.
