Consultant had pleasant phone manner was able to deal with my new contract in a timely fashion overall always very happy with AGL have been with them for a very long time so to this point I have no complaints whatsoever

My preferred way of contacting you is by phone but I’m not sure how many operators you have but it did take quite sometime to get through to speak to someone to ensure that we had recorded our method of payment in time to make our external electricity bill and as it turned out the lady I spoke to was prompt and friendly and got the correct information for me accordingly..

new metres may have caused problems with the 3 tarrifs in my metre box and need attention - customer service person arranged for a contractor to come out asap.
