Excellent customer service
My preferred way of contacting you is by phone but I’m not sure how many operators you have but it did take quite sometime to get through to speak to someone to ensure that we had recorded our method of payment in time to make our external electricity bill and as it turned out the lady I spoke to was prompt and friendly and got the correct information for me accordingly..

new metres may have caused problems with the 3 tarrifs in my metre box and need attention - customer service person arranged for a contractor to come out asap.
Dealing with the operator over the phone was simple and I made my switch without any hassles. The operator explained all of the procedures and offered very good advice.
