We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

Ng8327 To be fair the sale rep read was nice and the product looked good. This company seriously needs to look into its public relations and communication skills. I spent £8000 with this company and never recieved a courtesy phone call or a confirmation letter or email. I was the company would call me to book a technical survey by Monday by Thursday I decided to cancel the contract. This was the first contact I had with the company and wow is all I can say how rude this company was on the phone. Everything revolved round (this is our company policy) not any consumers laws ! It then took three emails to get a phone call about my deposit being returned again what a rude lady with no communication skillls. Eventually 17 days after cancellation I got my deposit back. I am glad I cancelled I can’t imagine how bad it would be of the installation had gone wrong or there had been a fault. If you like extremely rude phone calls and none reply’s to emails this is the company for you ! Order at your own risk ! I did demand the money back at 48 hour 100% correct. This was in fact at the 14 day period after cancelling and after send four emails with zero replays. I had zero missed calls. One call when I first cancelled. One extremely rude call after sending emails four to precise As I said the review is related to the extremely poor customer service experience. If the phone call had actually been in a polite professional manner I wouldn’t have fealt the need to write the review.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROGUE TRADERS! First of all they create fake reviews as flagged up by trust pilot. After having them not turn up for installation appointments. Finally came and damaged my drive by incompetent workman who used a grinder tool to cut a lead roof directly on my driveway creating a large cut mark from a grinder in the shape of the bay window roof which resulted in 22 bricks having slice marks in them. Door handles was coming off, sealant applied very poorly, window panels not fitted correctly. The salesman as we had Paul was pushy, lies telling us we need work doing which did not such as porch and conservatory roof. Was miss sold finance when we was looking at getting the conservatory done before the drive damage. They said to get it at the quote price as it was going to be increasing pay the deposit to set up finance at 0%APR but it was not 0% as a week later got a letter through the post saying a direct debit set up and with the credit it was a extra £1.500 why would we do that when we had money in the bank we just wanted to secure the price not pay the extra which was fully explained to Paul. The company has a bullying culture when you pull up you are not happy and never except responsibility for their faults they have made. Went to trading standards who advised us the procedure which needed to be followed so requested a repeat performance from the company to rectify problems. For a full day appointment they only turned up at 3pm on a November where there was only 1 hour of daylight to do a full days work and they had no intention of fixing the drive as they said they are still sourcing bricks. It was only when my bank and trading standards requested for our own protection to do a charge back to the account we paid from with paying via debit card. Only then they came out to rectify the problems as they had the money taken off of them from our bank. Even after that they could not follow the correct procedure as directed to them to claim the money back as they failed to apply by the deadline for it to be a safe and secure transaction for the buyer to make sure the correct payments are being paid out. Two months after I get a phone call from all weather roofline requesting an incorrect figure being thousands of pounds more than what was due to them and requested it via bank transfer which is not protected. Finally after 6 months we settled on a reduced bill just to get rid of them as it has been stressful and extremely time consuming on our part. My driveway still looks terrible and need a full driveway to the cost of 5 thousand pounds as the bricks they used do not match. Yes you offered to tint those affected bricks but it will make the others stick out and it's not a guarantee it will work. And they are not laid correctly as they are lifting to create a trip hazard. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS NOT JUST THE FAKE REVIEWS AS LOTS OF CUSTOMERS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS US.

After using Allweather previously to replace double glazing and external doors, they were our obvious choice to replace the guttering and fascias. As expected the workmen were on time, very pleasant and tidied up after themselves. Very happy with the final result, their prices are very competative, would definitely recommend.

All Weather Roofline I found hounded me constantly to take out other products. The doors they installed I am very pleased with. However the two windows have been a different matter. The window sills are differing lengths, rough edges on either side, sealant missing, and lumps out of either window sill. Two visits were booked for the installer to see them and as I write this I'm still waiting. You telephone for an explanation and the call handlers have just hung up on me twice. Totally abysmal service. If any one at the company reads this my PCN was NG7825. I haven't had a reply to the e-mail of complaint I sent either. So what am I supposed to do with such an eyesore in both my bedrooms? I feel I have wasted £1600, the windows they removed were in better condition.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely appalling customer service. After spending £2338 (July 2021) on a front door and side panels. The fit was poor (door hits return) and side panel fell out !! After months and months of chasing, and fitters remeasuring, the final straw was putting the phone down on me for questioning why it was taking so long to rectify. (Feb 2023). Still not sorted. PCN NN5377 (NW5377). 1 month later and still this company are not interested enough to contact me !

Fraud... Avoid at any cost ... i have been very ill last year, continuously in hospital and couldn't manage to keep emailing them. I am Still waiting for a reply to my email since last year. I've received a letter from citizen advice asking me if the complaint was sorted and i realised that they still have my deposit £330 and they pretend they don't know me and avoid responding to my emails. What can I do? I am scared to call them because last time they have been very abusive and rude. If anyone has any advice please help as citizen advice is taking so long to sort this out. This is surely fraud.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My grandparents that are in their 70s had a door installed in August LAST year! Since then there has been nothing but problems with the installation and the company. Where to begin… came out and installed the door which was a shambles, gaps all around the fitting letting a terrible draft in throughout the winter months, my grandparents resorted to stuffing this with kitchen roll to try and keep the heat in! The door itself barely shut unless you really slammed it as the joints did not reach. The door and frame both have multiple chips on them. The screws that have been used to install the door have not been screwed in correctly these are bent! Since august my grandparents have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company only ONCE have they returned to inspect the work. My grandparents have now removed the door after numerous attempts of contacting the company. They have been fobbed off with promises of coming out and call backs none of which have happened. They have written to the company requesting that they collect their property, to not much surprise they haven’t! Please if you’re thinking of using this company, don’t! Edit… you’ve replied asking my grandparents to contact you which they have done NUMEROUS times since AUGUST! They wrote to you on 2nd Feb asking you to collect your property due to the unprofessional fitting of the door they couldn’t bare to live with any longer! This letter was signed for on 3rd feb and still no contact! If this response doesn’t tell you what you need to know about this company I don’t know what will..

For the second time in four working days my window installation (PCN NG7795) has not taken place despite it being booked. The company did not even have the decency to inform me on either day that nobody would be turning up so I have now lost two day's pay for no reason. Seriously unimpressed!

3 no shows and two botched visits to try and install two windows and I still have two holes in the window frame where a trickle vent should be. No attempt to contact me to try and rectify the problem despite me contacting them repeatedly. They left two bricks hanging out of my wall at one point until I hounded them but still did not fix all of the issues. They will continue to phone you to try and sell you more products though. Avoid at all costs. I have subsequently had a third challenge from All Weather Roofline on this review. Saying that I never had the work carried out. This company is the dirge of poor service and poor customer relationships. I submitted my invoices, surveyors report and their pathetic certification that they issued before the work was anywhere near deserving of a certification. This company did rectify the basic work on my property, that is true. But, it’s was months in the making and my carpet is still ruined and they never once offered to compensate me for that shoddy work. Never once even talked to me about it. I repeat. Avoid at all costs.

PCN 253313 So where to start in November 2022 we had a rep call, Tony, to give us a price for new soffits gutter and facias, changing the brown to grey and pipes and gutters to black the soffits white as instructed on the contract. We were assured that this would be completed on the 10th December 2022, not a problem as I am currently working from home, it ended up being completed around the 7th January 2023 like I said not a problem, we just need it completing before the birds started nesting again. So the fitters came and worked well, kept them topped up with coffee it was cold but they finished within two days and all looked well, remember the scaffolding is still up at this point so most of what had been done could not be seen. About 2 hours after the fitters had finished someone called Andy rang up demanding his money, if you are using this company do not pay them until the scaffolding is down or you are happy with what they have done. We were still happy with what the fitters had done or what we could see so we paid them, it wasn’t until the scaffolding came down that we noticed that they had put white boards on a small area where it should have been grey, during this time we had asked for a quote for the windows and doors doing, we had no reason to doubt this company at this time, after talking to the rep, Rob, he said it would be no problem to get it changed, so we waited and nothing happened, I wasn’t signing a new contract until it was changed. I rang the company several times, staff kept saying it was the wrong department any excuse to fob me off, but eventually i persevered and was told Andy would ring me back, still waiting for this to happen. So I waited a little longer then decided to email the company the only email available was the admin one, I received a reply saying they had passed this on to the correct department, still waiting. By now alarm bells started to ring I thought I had better check a few things. Firstly, the biggest selling point the reps are enthused by is the so-called insurance backed guarantee so I went for a look at their website, you can only claim if you have a valid insurance certificate, I have never received one or for that matter any receipt, documentation or warranty stating the work had been completed. So, we can surmise that there is no insurance cover or guarantee on the work that has been completed. I don’t know how good the work that as been completed is, it hasn’t fallen down but the customer support at this company is nonexistent I can only say what as happened to me and I won’t be using this company again, and I advised friends, family, my staff and customers to be aware. My advice would be not to use this company, but if you do ensure you happy before you part with your hard-earned cash because once it’s gone, they are not interested. Update: Finally recieved a call from AWR on 7th Fevruary saying they would come and change the facias as quoted and paid for, and also to send a guarentee for what its worth. well two lads turned up and took a look at it and after a lot of sucking through their teeth decided they didnt have the parts to remedy the faulty work on the plus side i did recieve the guarentee. So were back to square one its a waiting game!

I signed up to have my fascia and soffit to be been replaced they did everything they said they were going to do took all the old away cleaned up made a fantastic job so pleased with them highly recommend them

We have placed 3 orders with this company. Patio doors, windows to the back of the house and finally the front windows and door with some internal walls removed. We have had different fitters every time. The patio doors which where the biggest they did needed a tweak to get the seal perfect. This was done a week after we had reported it. So far we are very pleased with everything. It certainly is quieter. We have been impressed with all the fitters who have been here. We would recommend this company

Sales people were very friendly and helpful. Fitters did an amazing job very neat and looks great. Only thing that lets it down is they still left a bit of a mess once finished but other than that fantastic service.
