This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

We had a new front door fitted and a couple of glass panels replaced they were very efficient and professional. They done a really good job. And left the place clean and tidy
Had a front door fitted and all was well at the time so ordered a back door which was fitted dreadful complained to to them and they sent someone out who looked at it and agreed it was in need of sorting out and said would arrange someone to come out in the mean time the front door started to crack on a panel so contact again and they said when they come to sort back door and will look at it a gentleman came out said he was just to reseal back door only but needed more than that he looked at front door which they accused me of painting black but order paper work states black door after going backwards and forwards with them they agreed to replace front door panel but back door went on for 7 months before they final agreed to sort it out they do not get back to you if you call them but say they will they will put the phone down on you when they know who is calling they don't care about customer service they are a disgraceful company avoid at all cost When ordering doors a canopy was ordered as well but after the service I've cancelled the order but they refused to refund the deposit they just do not care at all about customers if I could give less than one star I would
Overall the work carried out was to a good standard, and the guys that came to do the work were polite, friendly and professional. The only issue with the company was when it came to them actually coming out to do the work. The first two appointments were cancelled resulting in me having to book a little more time off work than was necessary. If it wasn't for this, I would have put a 5 star review. On the whole, the experience was satisfactory, the work done was done well and once started, done quite fast.
Just had 8 windows and a door fitted all in a day 2 fitters more than happy with the result old windows taken away all the dust cement etc all cleaned everything now brand new spotless really tidy finish on all the seals 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Excellent from start to finish. Beautiful windows and door. Cutting out noise from the road and also saving on my heating bills. Would 100% recommend👍

Bit of a problem to start with but finally was started and the lads were punctual and did a great job. Even offered to clean up after.p

Excellent customer service, all work was carried out cleanly by the two workers that came out, we are very happy with the patio doors they installed they look fantastic. Would highly recommend.
From the beginning, all of the guys involved were very polite, pleasant and did a great job. So much so that I'm thinking of getting some windows and the front door done next year.
The work completed was to a high standard. The staff who carried out the work: Joe and Dominic from Nottingham were a credit to the company. Very respectful of my property, hard working and polite. I would recommend them.
Im extremely dissapointed with this company, and fustrated at myself for not looking elsewhere, when i knew i should have in the beginning! I contacted All weather roofline wanting new composite doors, their adverts came up, they looked good so i thought they were a good choice. I ended up having to ask the initial salesman to leave my home, after fininding him to be pressuring and frankly just blatantly out for his sale, with no regard for my personal circumstance (pushing desperately for me to take a 10 year, high interest payment plan). I let this go and accepted another salesman visit when AWRL called me as a followup . A young local lad came, not the best with professionalism or tact but sweet and gave some straight talk which i appreciated. I loved the look of the products amd ordered two new doors. French doors, and a composite front door with side panels. I recommended he go visit my parents who wanted new windows, i was told i would be given £100 for this and that i would receive this after fitting of any products they bought, i was given a signed card reflecting this. Fast forward 8 weeks, I awaited contact for fitting .. This didnt happen, i called to be told my fitting was already booked in..news to me! . This had been booked in error by AWRL, the date my parents had requested for fitting had been put down as mine! My parents were dissapointed, however i agreed to take the date, and changed work. The day before the fitting AWRL cancelled.. Re booked for 2 weeks later,fair enough. I was annoyed but let it slide. My parents got their windows fitted, however one was smashed on installation, they they were told this would be ordered and replaced within 7 days. Been a downstairs window too, this wasnt ideal for safety and security. My install date came, fitters arrived 10am-finshed at 4:30,after hearing lots of huffing and puffing i was told the job was done. It was 2nd December which meant it was dark when the fitters left, i quickly noticed the gap im the seal in my back french doors , and also a broken vent. My seemingly gorgoeus new front door was also not up to standard, the top of the door was all chipped. I contacted AWRL via email to raise these issues as they were now closed for telephone calls. The gap in the seal was far more noticable the in the day light next morning, and of course i could feel a draught through the seal and the broken vent . A day passed and i had a call from AWRL, not to offer any followup to my email , or aftercare, but to come and visit to give me a quote for new windows 'been a valued customer now'.....?? The salesman came the next day, a manager i was told on his introduction. I quickly pointed out my aftercare issues, he listened and told me he would ask the office to contact me. I also asked he chased up my 70 year old parents window - it had been over 2 weeks now without any contact or suggestion of repair. The salesman left, disgruntled i think i didnt order new windows, i found it crazy he thought i would order any more products after such poor customer service? (To add, a salesman also went back to my mums the same day of their fitting and managed to convince them to order 2 new doors.. ) So were 5 days after my salesman visit, no contact- i call this 'manager' to be told.. 'oh hasnt anyone been in touch, ill chase it up and call you back'. I was aware the company were due to shut down for Christmas and in the - 5 degree weather i wanted my doors repaired, and to feel the benefit of the 'A* rated' product i was sold, and what i had paid A* money for. As you can probaly guess, i received no call back, despite me ringing again to be told 'dont worry ill be in touch later'. So now the company's on christmas shut down and im left with draughts on my new doors.. In addition to the faults, my doors were poorly fitted and feel loose, and draughty all around the frames, my 30 year old ones were better in comparison right now. My parents glass has not been repaired and i was told my £100 recommendation fee would be given in discount on future products i buy! (not what i was told, or have proof of). Ive been had, well and truley. AWRL are a dishonest, unreliable, disorganised, shoddy company. I am very disappointed and i won't hold my breathe for them been in touch to rectify these issues. Merry Christmas, this warning is my gift to all considering this company! Avoid. Seriously scroll down on the reviews.. The REAL ones...

Great workers, top quality work and reasonable prices
I had a couple of jobs doing with this company 1. A new front door... Excellent product and the guys that fitted it were superb and very professional. 2. New facials and soffit... Initially there were issues with the weather, completely understandable due to safety reasons, but they kept me informed along the way and made sure I was happy. When the team arrived to do the job they were very professional and friendly. They completed the work over a couple of day, again weather related, and made sure everything was safe and cleaned up afterwards. I am really, really happy with both jobs and would recommend them.
2 fitters arrived and installed all 10 windows in one day, unfortunately they were unable to seal the outsides due to weather, untill several days later. Still very satisfied with the quality of the work and would reccomend them.
I have had my gutters replaced by AWR and I need to say I am very pleased with the work done. Very friendly team of professionals. Job done fast and without any hassle. Happy days. 😊

Jan 18,2023I placed an order for new guttering and facias through the salesman who was most friendly. I was advised fitting would likely be 6 to 8 weeks. That was August and never heard a thing so early December tried to ring the company but no reply tried 3 more times and still no answer finally got an answer on the 5 attempt and out of the blue was told we can fit it in January, but, if i had not rung up would i have got a fit in January, Not to sure on that and was starting to think what have i let myself in for. However i have to say that the fitting team and Scaffolders that turned up were fabulous very Chatty and friendly. Got straight on with the job and i am extremely happy with the finished job. Cleaned up and took away all the waste. Ive given a 5star rating because of the fitting guys and the standard of fitting but the communication from the company needs to be improved.
