Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. Our friendly staff have over 30 years of experience in the UPVC products industry and strive to make the very best of your home in order to improve your overall comfort, security and the quality of your family life.

Pcn - nn6353. Had all our upstairs windows and lounge bay window replaced, they were Polite and timely, fitters did a good job and finished in one day even with a storm blowing outside.

Despite having had a quote and a survey, and paying the deposit and setting up the loan to pay for the work I have just been told they want another 50% on top of the agreed price, so needless to say the job is off. Avoid these con men.

Do not buy. In July 2021 we had all new windows and doors installed, since then we've had leak after leak in the same area despite someone coming out to rectify it in December 2021. Customer services staff over the phone are extremely rude and condescending. Any warranty works takes at least 3 weeks for someone to come out. They have no concept of priorities. Completely unprofessional, disgusting and abhorrent service.

Great work from the Peterborough office. Installed 2 bedroom windows with no mess. No problem with the windows, are good quality. Now will do the rest of the windows and doors as the price was great.

The guys that fitted the door were very nice and freindly, also the initial sales rep was as well. The door is well made and sturdy so it is well worth the money. All round i am very satisfied with the whole experience.

I phoned up so many times to the office from day one had my door fitted on the 18th of June 2021 my door is a black one they have come out and put black ink on it as it been rubbing and the door when it’s closed was bringing the black off round the edges they have promised my door every month my door was fitted last June now it is February what a nightmare not happy with the company they promise and promise but it never comes they say I need a new slab for my door still blaming the company where they had my door off they said it was coming in on the 24th of January 2021 nobody has even phoned me up to explain why it’s still not come in. PCN NG5979 Asked for a quote for new soffits and fascia for front and back of house and gable end around November last year. Matt , salesman , came within 2 days and gave us a competitive quote for all black fascias etc as had black windows and doors fitted earlier by a different company. Originally set a date for March2022 but wanted it done earlier and they managed to fit us in last week. Surveyor came the week before and remeasured , scaffolding was erected 2 days after, ( bit sketchy scaffolding in my opinion as wasn't scaftag checked ) but I wasn't using it so that's up to the workers. Doncaster lads for a job in Rotherham. Lads arrived a bit later in day than arranged but that wasn't their fault as had to collect black soffits etc from different place. Had slight problem with soffits as weren't correct width but soon sorted. Lads did a very good job , tidied up each day and let me know what was happening and when. All in all, good job and very satisfied with work done, would recommend if you need soffits and fascia s replacing.

When I initially had a visit from the salesman I was very very skeptical. I work in safeguarding adults so am acutely aware of scams that happen and was viewing his visit through my professional eyes. As such I gave the salesman a hard time (huge apologies offered to him). I was checking out reviews and was very worried but it was pointed out to me that all the good reviews at that time tended to have a job number attached and the bad reviews didn't. This was what swayed me to go with them, this and a telephone conversation with Joe - the owner I believe? Throughout the whole process from initial visit, through to surveyor visit and installation I have had no complaints whatsoever. The lady/ladies on the customer service team I had contact with to check dates of visits etc (and incidentally always got through to them on their number) were always very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. There was a delay to the availability of the bottom panel of my stable door, but this was due to the manufacturer supply issues. This did not hold up the installation and as soon as the bottom panel was available, all Weather Roofline got back in touch and arranged for it fitting. From start to finish I have been very pleased with the whole service. My initial concerns were totally alleviated and I can only recommend this firm. They came in at a really good price and delivered on all fronts; turning up when they said they would, doing a great job of fitting, and tidying up after themselves too. All the windows and side door replacement all look fabulous and the house is so much warmer. I have been so pleased with this company that I have order a composite front door to be fitted by them in a few weeks time. I would rate them 5 out of 5 and highly recommend. PCN: LS2376
