A long wait for fitting due to them being busy. But it was OK not a problem for me. On the day of fitting the guys were here early and had fitted all 7 windows by 1pm. They did a fast efficient job and cleaned up when finished. The windows look good and work fine. Well pleased with the work and price.
Really impressed with the fitters - they were polite, worked quickly and were tidy and one of them even fixed my tap for me which goes above and beyond! Great service. Will use again.
Really great job on my new front door - looks fabulous and the fitters were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
All good from start to finish, guys turned up on the date given, were very friendly, did a fantastic job, cleaned everything up, would definitely recommend them. And the office staff were very helpful. Pcn ng5939
The guys turned up on time and did a lovely tidy job. Thanks
Only 4 stars, because they promised replace doors in 8-10 weeks, but did after 20 week. But did very well.
They came round gave me a quote, then halfed the quote if you pay a deposit there and then, they promised the doors to be fitted within 6-8, which was duly promised, nts should of got that in writing, 7 weeks not heard anything no measurements done no phonecall to apologise, after the 5 attempt of trying to contact them they said it would be another 8 weeks at least, not happy at all, bad customer service said reps do the selling and tell their customers 6-8 weeks all the time, they shouldn’t lie just to get your money(deposit) I’ve cancelled and they will not return my deposit as they say it out of the 14 days were you can cancel, which I told them how could i have known 😡 avoid, when I rang you said it would be another 8 weeks at least, like I said I would not of booked with you if you had said this when pressuring me to take the deal that day, also I would of cancelled within the 14 days if I’d known, you could of curtesy called me to let me know, excuses excuses bad company I feel
Replacement Fascias, Soffits and Guttering by All Weather Roofline. Excellent work carried out by Anthony and Callum, from start to finish. Not forgetting Lee in sales, all First Class. DN 7464
Further to my last review, this company is a joke! It cost £153 to gain access to my property and fit a temporary lock on the new broken door. I had to pay this myself then send in the invoice as this company couldn’t fix the door themselves, nor could they seek and pay a locksmith themselves. It’s taken over a month to get the money back after chasing it and being told the cheque was lost in the post (doubtful). My email request for a new lock to fit the casing is being ignored and the only time the company responds is if a bad review is put on here. I have contacted the lock supplier direct who are going to help me even though it should be the company replacing it. I have contacted the finance company who are helping me to raise an official dispute, they then freeze my payments and take over the disputes directly. I would advise anyone else having problems with this company that has paid through finance to do the same. Never had to deal with such a bad company ever.
Had a French door fitted the fitters were very friendly didn't leave any mess what so ever and were in and out within 3 hours, due to the level of service I got from all the departments I will definitely be using them again
Recently had 3 new doors fitted and all is good so far. Slight worry at the beginning of the process when the salesmen failed to leave any paperwork and left me wondering if it was all a scam. But once I spoke to the office everything was sorted and the job was completed after roughly 2.5 months. Will update if anything changes. :) L Barrett
Ordered a front door replacement. Excellent service from order placement till installation. Very friendly staff who always keep you updated on progress and installation was done perfectly.
I have recently installed a £1,500 door at my property and regarding installation and being working properly I have nothing to say rather than a great job. However, during the installation the wall surrounding the door have been damaged and it's still damaged. I have had a few visits scheduled to fix it, which never happened and a few empty call back promises which also never happened. At the end they have been paid and never followed up the damaged that they cause leaving to me to fix it. Got a reply that a booking have been scheduled for the 28th Sep, It's the 29th Sep and still no sign of anyone to fix the wall!
Totally disapointed with the service and workman ship, had my door fitted February 2021, had to call them back and fitter had to change all screws has wrong ones in door causing to drop and door not shutting properly and banging against door surround.. Just had to call again door wont lock leaving me with unsafe door has they cant come out till tomorrow leaving the property and contents and dogs a risk, Have been unhappy since i started my purchase with them and was promised it would be fitted last year took my deposit than later told it wouldn't and not fitted to February 2021, Would not recommend this company to any body and if asked would tell the to stay clear Paid a lot of money and the screws used wrong sort and door dropping caused damaged waste of money
Had new windows and doors. Very informative throughout. Quick and easy installation, no damage to the plaster and tiles around the windows and doors in kitchen and bathroom S60 5LW
See my review posted on 26 July 2021. More importantly, yesterday (8 Sept 2021) one of their 'managers', a guy called Paul, rung me up to call me a "d*ckhead", I guess simply because I've not been happy with their service and have left a negative review on Trustpilot. What a bizarre attempt to recover the situation. Well done you bunch of foul mouthed amateurs. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY. A RIGHT BUNCH OF CHEATS & LIARS. CHECK THE GENUINE REVIEWS HERE. Update 13/9/21 Deja vu, standard response from AWR. The requested info was sent direct to Trustpilot. I do wish AWR wouldn't play these silly games. Here's a thought AWR, simply ask 'Paul' about a couple of recent calls he made to a very dissatisfied customer, should tell you all you need to know. UPDATE 20/9/21 Nothing back from these Del Boy jokers as yet. Note that my review is 'Verified' by Trustpilot, because they've seen a copy of the sales contract; therefore it's nonsense for AWR to suggest I'm not a genuine customer. I wonder how many of the "oh, they're so good and nice and trustworthy and professional and polite" reviews are genuine....??? Just scan through all the other reviews that their customers have left and count up the number of times the word 'liars' has been used about AWR....interesting eh? I'm sure AWR will be "somewhat confused" by this update. UPDATE 28/10/21 Wow, you took your time to reply. Well, sorry, no, your staff are certainly NOT professional and certainly DO use offensive language. So you just told a GREAT BIG FIB didn't you. This also is not very professional. I rest my case your Honour. MORE IMPORTANTLY, you're a Data Controller as defined by GDPR legislation, and therefore you are in breach of said legislation by using my surname in your reply, thus allowing me to be personally identified without my specific consent. Pretty unprofessional, or probably far more likely you simply don't understand the legislation eh? UPDATE 9/11/21 Hey everyone, please note that Trustpilot have removed All Weather Roofline's MISLEADING and FACTUALLY INCORRECT response to my review. It also breached GDPR. Draw your own conclusions. 28/722 just been notified of AWR reply. Eh? Get some grammer lessons. Makes no sense. Get over it you silly little people.
Worse company i have dealt with, had facia and soffits replaced, damaged my flat roof in process and thought some clear sealant was sufficient for a repair. Workmanship very poor, how the gutters have been fitted i may aswell not have any as the rain goes behind them. The workman was coming and going never completing the job to a satisfactory standard. I have been waiting for someone to come out to assess the work and sort out the flat roof but guess what no ones been. I have had to do nothing but constantly chase this company to find out what's happening. They have drained me and will not be contacting them anymore have no choice but to take it to trading standards.
Top quality product and fitting. Had a composit door supplied and fitted and was so impressed with the door, frame and accessories that I arranged for a quote on our windows .n(witch buy the way don't really need replacing) and am happy with my quote so have placed an order. Looking forward to the installation soon. Great service and staff . Thankyou Norman Beeney.
This company is disgusting. They made a door too big for my home and the installer was told by head office to "make it fit" despite him voicing concerns (the installer also said the door shouldn't have even been sold to us and that this happens quite often). He did make it fit, by damaging my house. My pregnant partner wasn't happy and said she'd like to speak to me before paying but she was pressured into paying up. When I got in from work, I saw that the door snags and has to be slammed to shut. I have since attempted to go through their shambolic disputes process and have been systematically ignored throughout. I have been promised 4 call's back. I'm yet to receive one. I've paid a lot of money for a door that shouldn't even be fitted to my house. I can't get a refund or any level of customer service because the company is absolutely ignoring me. I'm disputing this payment with my bank and now looking into small claims court proceedings. They are cowboys and not to be trusted at all. REPLY TO THEIR MESSAGE BELOW: So why did your sales agent measure our door and sell me a composite door? Then why did your engineer come round to check the measurements and confirm the door? I was deliberately sold a door under the recommendation of TWO of your staff, that doesn't come in the size needed for my house. I have since contacted you so many times and been promised 4 separate calls back. You haven't done any of that. You are completely in the wrong; and I'm sure you know it. You have broken trading standard regulations. The door snags and I recognised this on the day of installation when I got in from work. I rang to complain and try and resolve this and you have completely dodged me. You should be seriously concerned about your professional standards and severe level of neglect. This is going to court... I'm sure a procedure you're probably quite familiar with. Also my partner was pressured into paying by your installer who refused to leave without payment, despite her being unsatisfied with the job. She complained before I got home and did receive some money (after your staff were unprofessional on the phone). That might cover the damage that was evident to my structure. I don't believe it covers to the hidden damages that your shoddily installed door covers. It does not cover the fact that the door snags and has to be slammed to shut. That's what I rang to resolve through your disputes process... which it seems you just ignore. No one in your company seems to want to talk about that or address it. And again, 4 calls back were promised. I haven't received one. And for the record, I don't believe you did offer to re-plaster. I will not be letting this go until it's resolved and I'm happy with the resolution. Also, please don't call me by my first name. You can call me Mr Reed.

Oct 28,2021We've given 5 stars even though the 1fitter bodged installation of 1 door, Allweatherroofline were great about it, fitted a brand new door, and the guys were brilliant. Efficient, friendly, professional would recommend even though we had bad start initially
