Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.

Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.

Can't fault anyone involved with the team at All Weather Roofline. Initial salesman - great and friendly. Came to quote us windows (we were only wanting a rough price to see how much we were talking) but discussed about our soffit that was practically hanging off so he put emphasis on getting that replaced rather than a quote for windows. Paid deposit, amd was left to us to call when we were ready to book work in - we were expecting a baby so didn't want it doing until after, which was no issue for the team. Once settled, called helpline (incidentally every time I have called, straight through no issues and staff always friendly), and booked in for surveyor and the work the following week. Surveyor came (sure he was a day late but may have been putting wrong date in my calendar!) Here 10 mins at most, measured up and left. Day of fitting, 3 nice lads spent 4 hours ripping old stuff down , replaced with new soffit which looks incredibly smart, tidied up their mess after and off they went. No bother there, cost me a couple of strong sugary brews at best! Unfortunately noticed the down pipe was leaking so called office who advised the guy I needed to speak to was not at.his desk but will get him to call me back. No more than an hour later, two lads turned up in a van, up the ladder and sorted the leak out- upside down piece replaced and resealed. Took them 45 mins at most. Can't complain at all about the service we got. I will admit I was a bit worried reading reviews but hope this genuine review goes some way for others to alleviate concerns if any. Sure will be looking for windows in the future, once extortionate nursery fees are out of the way!! Thanks guys. (PCN: NG5965)

We had a composite door fitted through this company and it's been nothing but trouble ever since. It was never installed properly and dropped after only a couple of weeks of having it, so they eventually came back out to "fix" it. The door itself is wonky and there's always a draft coming through, plus the sealant they applied around the frame is an absolute mess. The main issue, however, is that the door/lock constantly sticks and can sometimes take up to 20 minutes to get it to open (that's if we haven't given up by then). Now, after only a few years, the mechanism inside is completely bust and is impossible to unlock. We rang their helpline and were told our guarantee is up, despite the brochure they provided dedicating a full page to their apparent 10-year guarantee promise. The rude and unhelpful woman on the other end had a serious attitude problem and hung up on us. Avoid! EDIT - Funny how AWR report any negative reviews (as they did mine), but are quite happy to accept unverified positive reviews that they could very easily just write themselves.

Had a brand new composite door fitted, surveyor did a great job and installer was fast and efficient. Cleaned up all the mess after the job and made sure we were happy before leaving. Now using again for our windows!

We had All Weather Roofline fit our composite front and back doors ,they were all very polite and not pushy at all , we were well satisfied with the work carried out, they cleaned up after themselves, and cleared all the rubbish away , if in the future we need any more work carried out , we won't hesitate to call them back , we would recommend them to anyone .

From the initial consultation through to handing over of the new doors and windows keys, the staff, both in the office and face to face, as well as the fitters were ever curtious and efficient. I am delighted with the finished products and couldn't be prouder to show off the house. The fitters were extremely professional- and patient with my inquisitive puppy wanting to help at ever stage!! I had three windows and a composite door fitted to the front of my house, which faces East. The windows looked great and were well fitted. However, I can only assume that the surveyor under-estimated the aperture for the door frame. After fitting, there was a gap of various widths all round, (up to 6.8 mm. down the hinged side), between the inside edge of the door and frame, I assume because the frame had been 'pulled out' to fill the wider-than-measured aperture but I wasn't too concerned at that point. I paid my money. Two weeks later, a cold draught through the gap at the bottom corner of the door highlighted the mistake. To add insult to injury, eighteen months later my Chartwell Green door started to turn pale blue in an area below the handle and it doesn't even face any strong sunlight. I sent an email with photos and made many phone calls to All Weather and all I got was, 'we'll look into it' and 'we'll contact the door manufacturer' - Door-Stop. I pointed out that I had paid my money to them, not Door-Stop. Clearly they fob you off until you get tired or just die. Do yourself a BIG favour. Read all the reviews you can find on this company, THEN, take your business to a local company (with local premises) who cares about their customers, after-sales service and ultimately, their reputation. I thought my days of painting doors were over but I was wrong. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DN 2543

What can i say about this company. I was worried at first when reading the reviews. But i notice only people but bad reviews and hardly every praise. I took the chance and went ahead with all weather roofline. I had front side of windows done and what can i say fantastic job and great price. Good part it when i do the back side of my house i will great another terrific price as being a existing customer. Best part is that you don't have to pay until you sign the customer satisfaction notice

Double check the reviews before contracted them, it takes ages to complete some jobs, 5 stars for windows departament, no complains there, the fitter was at the time he said will be, very professional, did his job good, fast, clean, respectfull, just lovely to meet people like him. On the other hand people who come to fit the fascias, soffits, and guttering was late 1week and when finally came they came in late, said will be in at 8 :00,but arrived at 11:50, they worked for half day, so far acceptable but when they fitted the fascias were the boiler hole it is they did not cut a hole so the boiler did not work anymore, and half way through they said will be back next day and saying will be returning next day at 8 :00,which did not happend, we was not been able to use our boiler for 2days after that, so after one day off they returned, like nothing happend and carried on with the job, they finished it said but left the tiles in the guttering in one of the corners not leveling them as should be done properly, maybe they run out of the plastic bit and rubber which goes under the tiles, dont know what happend, and i called the office, tell them what was the problem, and of course he said they will be back but did not happen, so be carefull before you contract them. Please don’t use this company. I have just had new Fascias, soffits and guttering fitted and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly it the fitting was postponed twice, which I understand, but no one contacted me to explain that this was happening. The scaffolding was then due to arrive. I waited in all day and it didn’t come until the following day. The work was subcontracted out. The fitter arrived at 10h30 on day one and 11h15 on day two. The Fascias on the back weren’t cut to the right length and on the front they wanted to attach to rotten wood. It took time for them to agree to replace the wood. Two weeks and three days later the two week job is eventually finished, but it doesn’t look great. One drainpipe at the front just finishes above the porch. The guttering isn’t level and you can’t get hold of anyone to complain. My PCNumber is NG5972 Thank you for your reply. There was only one piece of rotten wood that could be seen at the time I had the quote and the reason behind having the fascia boards replaced. The office staff insisted that the fascia board should be attached to it. At no time did they agree with their technician that the rotten board should be replaced. I had to stop the work and insist that their technical authority come and see it. This took lots of phone calls to sort out. The technical chap agreed that the rotten piece of wood must be replaced and that there was no other rotten wood. A job that should have taken two days has taken two and a half weeks. All the people that have visited my property have been helpful, but the guys in administration have made the process so difficult and stressful.

We had a new front and back door fitted last week. The quality of the doors themselves and the standard of work in the fitting of both doors is excellent. All the staff we've dealt with throughout the process, from customer service, sales, surveyor and fitters, have been professional and friendly.
