Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. The gentleman who came to fit my door was polite and helpful and even though a panel hadn't arrived yet, he came back to fit it when it was convinient for me. Nov 09,2021We have had quite a lot of work carried out by All Weather Roofline Doncaster, which we were more than pleased with. We paid for all the work on the completion of each project. The poor after sales service, not with the doors, windows or cladding, has been diabolical, 8 weeks after the cladding was installed we have still got scaffolding around the house, restricting access to the garage and driveway. We have tried on numerous occasions to get help from All Weather Roofline Doncaster as the contractor, they promised dates for removal of the scaffolding which are long passed, they say they will ring back but never do. All Weather Roofline Doncaster answer is that they are unable to contact the sub contractors who erected the scaffolding, this is obviously not our problem we just want the scaffolding removed. Update Scaffolding removed today 😀😀

Polite, clean, tidy and trustworthy, they fitted the units quickly, efficiently and superbly. They put plastic over shoes on whenever they had to cross my carpets, which meant a lot to me.

I have a sub standard size as an old cottage and it's beautiful, traditional looking, warm and made to fit perfectly! I honestly have no issues recommending this company!

Nov 03,2021worst company i have ever dealt with, don't turn up to fit when they should, fetch a double patio door instead of a sliding door and was even the wrong size, and asked if it was for to fit it, the office staff are ignorant. beware stay clear of this company.

After my partners review was removed by Trustpilot where he stated :Awful experience had bay windows… Awful experience had bay windows replaced on 21st of September with trim to be finished next day Fitter failed to come back the next day, a further three appointments have been made which the fitter has not turned up The remediation department are useless at resolving this issue and we feel that every time we contact them we are told a pack of lies The house is now colder than when the previous window were due to the draft caused by the incomplete installation A god awful experience, do not use this company I am now putting my review with full details of this company on here. We had bay windows replaced on September 21st and should have realized it was going to be a pain. I had been advised it was a 2 day job so booked holiday from work. The fitter arrived the fist day and said it would be 1 days work. I should have guessed it was going to be a pain as he could not get the upstairs one to fit so swapped them round fitting the downstairs window in the bedroom. The windows were duly fitted with the trim to do. He advised he would be back the next day. At 2.00 the next day I called to ask for an ETA and was told he would be unable to call and it was re-arranged for 25th. By mid morning on 25th called to be told fitter was not going to attend. I spoke with resolutions on 28/09 was then given the 3rd of October as a finish date. Should have known no one works on a Sunday, fitter did not turn up when I spoke to resolutions on 4th October I was told the fitter had been ill. It was then arranged for the fitter to visit on 12 October to finish the outside and to return on 15th to complete the inside (I booked another days holiday from work). On 13th October I spoke to resolutions as it was a no show on 12th and was told he would definitely be with me on the 15th. By lunch time on 15th I spoke with resolutions who said his ETA was late afternoon. I called again at 2.30 and was told he would be with me by 17.00. Still no show. On 18th October the office called me and arranged for the fitter to return on 22 October so I booked another days holiday from work. They advised me to call early morning on that day to get the ETA for the fitter. When I called at 09.30 I was told the fitter would not be with me that day and was given a new date of 30th October. On the 30th I called the local number to ask for an ETA and was told the fitter had 2 doors to complete then he would be with me. The fitter called at 11.00 with an ETA of 3-4. He finally arrived at 3.00 finished sealing the inside of the downstairs window. I still had scratch window handles which needed replacing. The outside he has filled with expanding foam to seal and reduce the draft but with the trim bent round the top outside the screws still showing and wood visible in places it is not the prettiest of jobs. I was promised by the fitter he would return on 1st November to change the handles but as yest still a no show. We have a door ordered for next year with this company but at present do not have the confidence in the job being completed with the standard of work seen this time
