Excellent customer service. I ordered an American fridge freezer, was delivered within 6 days....will definitely use this company again.
ordered a kg American fridge freezer on the 4/12/20 emailed every week for 2 months about my fridge freezer was told every week it will be out for delivery next week. but each week delivery never came. I brought it because my old one broke and it stated on the website 10 to 14 days for delivery. I have 6 kids and we was having to keep our food cold on the doorstep outside for months and over the Xmas period. as I could not afford to pay another £400 to another company for a new fridge we just had to make do with the situation . in the end I got a full refund last week but the suffering we had to go through in the last few months was ridiculous. and because of brexit they blamed delivery on the docks. but AO and Currys managed to get there stock in time for the dates they stated on there website and their stock was stuck at the docks too at one point. after reading reviews on here I can see that appliance groups situation is still the same promising delivery at a certain date then not seeing it through and they don't have the excuse of busy Xmas period or brexit this time either. I will not be buying anything from them again and I suggest that you pay the xtra and buy your goods from a reputable company if your thinking of buying from appliance group . biggest farce I've ever had to deal with.
Placed an order on 4/02/21 for a KG American fridge freezer which stated on the website delivery ON week commencing 8/02/21. I instantly received an automated email stating they had received my order and that they would next contact me with a delivery date. On the bottom of this email, it also states items in stock are dispatched within 72 hours. Now considering on their website it states “order now for delivery on week commencing the 8th” you would assume they had the stock. WRONG! After reading the reviews on here yesterday, it seemed many people were having issues with ordered fridge freezers. So I contacted the sales team on Monday the 8th, asking when my delivery would be this coming week. To which I got a basic reply stating they were expecting stock to be delivered to the warehouse on Tuesday the 9th and that they would dispatch my order as quick as they could. So no exact date then? I then decided to have a look round the website on the delivery tab. Which states in big red writing. All KG stock would be delivered by the END of February. So now that’s 3 different dates. 72hours... within the week... within the month. This company is deliberately misleading their customers on their website in order to gain orders they cannot fulfil in the stated time. I put through a request to cancel my order Monday the 8th and was told within 5 working days to even respond to my request. 5 working days, that only leads me to believe they have a lot of refunds to issue or are in financial difficulties, and that’s hardly surprising given the experiences people have had. Today I have tried to contact the cancellation department again to receive an automated response. I am now gathering evidence to complain to the insolvency service if I do not receive my refund in the allotted time and will be posting bad reviews on all social media accounts until my money is back in my bank.
Unfortunately i am having the same issues as other people. We ordered a Fridge Freezer 26/12. The date on the website stated delivery w/c 11/01/21, which was fine. We were prepared to wait. It is now 09/02, we have been told 3 times stock is arriving and each time it doesn't. The information they seem to have is so vague. I am now starting to wonder if i am being strung along and then they will tell me it is to late to cancel. Checked their website today they are selling the exact same Fridge Freezer - ORDER NOW FOR DELIVERY w/c 08/02. They know this is not possible so why state it. I am thoroughly disillusioned with the company. I am on the verge of cancelling. We are without a fridge currently as ours has broken. I cannot wait 7+ days to get my money back. It is so wrong.
Absolutely shocking. Ordered an American style fridge freezer early jan 21. Odd email saying delay due to current pandemic. Understand that. Time goes on still nothing no communication to let you know what's going on. So ask for refund. Now I'm in the refund world of know reply. Never again especially as money is tight right now hard times for everyone. Just not on. Hope I get my refund.
Absoloutly shocking passed round ordered a month ago still no fridge freezer and company are still none of the wiser and to when stock will arrive phone now off and cancellation process still not been intouch after a week will never use this company again quick enough taking money bern without a fridge freezer in new house near a month just appalling and thanks for replying as you don’t reply to emails or phone calls and it’s been 7 days tomorrow waiting to hear from cancellations team so them instructions are not abided by aswell as your orders
Absolutely horrendous.placed order as says delivery from 25th jan been palmed off every day about delivery to find out no stock since December,refund takes 5 working days plus 2/3 days to hit bank accounts will be without for 3 weeks,took 20 seconds to take from my bank!!!! Everyday delivery today courier will be in touch to be told today another week or two before stock arrives, Will never use this company again!!!
Ordered a gas oven on the 13th of December 2020 from appliance group and at the same time a gas hob from aol . Gas hob turned up 15th December 2020 30th January 2021 still waiting for oven from appliance groups . After numerous phone calls and emails from me but no reply from appliance still no oven they are now blaming it on the courier waiting for a slot. Took my money and sat on it stay away from this company at all cost .
I ordered an induction cooker on the 27th November 2020 online which said was in stock and would be dispatched within 14 days , had to chase the item was told could be the 30th December. Endless phone calls, which were never returned trying to get my money back as the company could not give give me a date for the item l was very patient in the end l did get my money back in my account 26/1/2021 . Very disappointed in the services.
Despite not being able to source the fridge freezer that I really wanted, the communications from Appliancegroup.com was really good at providing Email updates and sadly when we requested a refund this was dealt with respectfully and swiftly. I will be going back to appliance group
I ordered a american style fridge freezer on 7th Dec unfortunately due to the climate at the moment it was stuck at Felixstowe.. I was kept up to date throughout this.. I was offered 10% off due to lateness I decided to cancel order within 2 days my money was refunded extremely brilliant service. Customer care was amazing

Ordered a chest freezer on 30.12.20. Received an email next day stating order will be delayed by 3 months so decided to cancel. Refund has gone to cancellation team. Yet still no refund received and emails now being ignored.
After alittle frustration due to back log orders and christmas holidays, order fulfilled in great time and communication from the team and courier service. Would use again.

Placed order on 27/11/20 and still waiting for my washing machine. No update, just took my money and nothing else. Wished I had spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Terrible company. Will never use again.
I’m still awaiting for my appliance to be delivered have had no contact/replies from them at all going to see about a refund really disappointed terrible customer service.
I had been searching online for a new hoover and appliance group came up on google. Prices were really cheap so I took the chance and ordered and the Hoover was delivered in 48 hours. No problems at all.
I wouldn’t even give this company a one star what a shambles avoid unless you want a long wait on your order, be lied to about the delivery of your item and just poor poor communication. I am currently on my 10th email( where I’ve had no response) to try and get my refund. Will never ever use this company again.
