Dec 10,2020Item that was shown as in stock and ready to delivery was actually not in stock and couldn't be delivered. Not a huge problem as these things happen, but the refund process was made more difficult than I feel it should have been (especially considering the fault was with them), and the number to contact them is an expensive 0844 number. Not the worst service by any stretch, but enough to put me off using them in future when there are plenty of other companies with better service.

Dec 10,2020Item was unavailable though was not told this when Appliance Group took my money. Wrote continuously asking why the status of the product had not changed over an extended timeframe, without response. When I rang the telephone number, they charge at a higher rate was told it could be a further four weeks before they could source a dishwasher readily available elsewhere. They haven’t refunded my money yet and I am still waiting.
