J’ai souscrit à une double assurance, suite à un échange avec un agent d’Expat Assurance. Les remboursements ne sont pas effectués. Il est écrit sur le site que des agents de la compagnie sont joignables à tout moment or personne ne répond jamais, seule une musique d’attente fait office d’interlocuteur. Quant au formulaire de contact en ligne, j’ai fait plusieurs demandes sans retour aucun. Sentiment d’être face à une fraude
Plus de 4 mois pour se faire rembourser, et encore pas tout. April pretendant pendant des semaines ne pas avoir les justificatifs alors qu'ils les avaient. Des phases hallucinantes ou l'on m'envoie des papiers de la CFE qui se plaignent que ce n'est pas a eux mais a April qu'il faut envoyer les documents, bien sur ce que j'avais fait. Une Easyclaim application qui ne marche pas, mais pas du tout. Impossible de verifier sur le website le detail de ce que l'on a poste. Un service d'aide inexistant, des mails indigents qui ne resolvent rien. Bref, la pire mais la pire experience de ma vie avec un assureur. Fuyez et je vais bientot vous suivre, des que j'aurais recupere ce que ces forbans me doivent. Suite de l'experience (Mai 2024): j'ai fini par me faire rembourser, mais je confirme le point suivant qu'ils ont de facto confirme en refusant de donner des explications: une politique de refus des remboursements (papiers non recus, depense non remboursable,..) pour maximiser la chance que l'adherent laisse tomber: ne souscrivez pas a leurs produits.
I’m extremelly happy with April. Everytime I needed any assistance they’ve been fast and responsive addressing any problem or question in a matter of minutes. A big shout-out to Agnes who is always ready, to quickly help us.
Assurance pas fiable, les factures doivent détaillé nous parlons bien de facture médical qui reste de l’ordre du privé ! Les frais ne sont pas remboursés à 100% et le taux de conversion n’est pas forcément le même par rapport à ce qu’on paie. Pour les V.I.E à Toronto prenez directement l’assurance de l’Ontario (OHIP) c’est gratuit et tous les frais médicaux sont totalement pris en charge.
I have found April Health Care to be excellent to deal with. They are understanding and caring. They have been easy to process my claims and I've been very appreciative of their assistance. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking for excellent health care coverage.

Everything was taken care of it and timely updates were given so that I was able to concentrate on my treatment and recovery rather than having to worry about sorting out payments. I was introduced to April when I got married 11 years ago as my husbands family swore by them. I can see why. From the claims team (shout out to Anne-Marie, Tom & Donetella) to their underwriters and support teams, April by far superseded my previous insurance company. Unfortunately, medical insurance is only needed in times of weakness and April have been our extended family over the last 11 years through 4 children, elderly parents and hypochondriac me. In times of near death to the simple consultation, April has never let us down and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! They are expensive but in times of need, we wouldn’t want anyone else by our side. Keep up the good work and thank you all again!

Sehr persönliches und freundliches Engagement der Mitarbeiter. Meine Frau und ich hatten wieder erwarten sehr große gesundheitliche Herausforderungen in den letzten Monaten. Die April hat ihre Leistungserbringung wie vereinbart eingehalten und uns sehr geholfen. Hilfestellung, wie man sich diese von einer Krankenkasse wünscht.
