All the staff we have talked to have been amazing! They are very knowledgeable very patient and have followed through with any commitments. It is so rare to get any kind of service these days, it's surprising to get service that is so good.
Faire attention même avec la formule « confort » il y a des soucis de remboursement. Au niveau dentaire par exemple une dent fissurée ou une carie ne sont pas prises en charge, il faut être dans une situation insoutenable telle qu’un abcès pour espérer obtenir remboursement. Pour les femmes, il est également impossible de renouveler sa pilule pour 1 an sur l’application médecin direct et les ordonnances délivrées ont une durée de validité de 10 jours.
It's a WASTE of money!! No good intention, it won't cover you anything. Purchased 11/10/2021 US trip to Singapore. I got hospitalized for 1 day which cost me SGD7,500 No Joke! I got contacted with Noro Virus, they ran multiple procedure to check my appendix as well, just in case. After going back and forth email, phone call, sending documents, like I don't know how many times, NO RESOLUTION!!! Great job for wasting time, money, mental health. NEVER AGAIN!!! Le plafond proposé dans le cadre de cette offre en Suisse (6 000 €) est inadapté. April International considère que la maternité est couverte par l'assurance obligatoire suisse (LAMal), et les montants engagés dans le cadre d'une maternité en Suisse sont bien supérieurs à 6 000 €. Le calcul du plafond d'April est effectué en complément de la LAMal. Ainsi, l'offre Maternité d'April International pour la Suisse est totalement inutile, car elle ne prévoit aucune prise en charge pertinente pour ce pays. Pourtant, cette offre continue d'être commercialisée pour la Suisse, malgré son inutilité évidente.

Ich nehme meine letzte Bewertung zurück, aber dennoch, ist es nicht in Ordnung im Notfall, wenn keine andere Möglichkeit vorhanden ist nur den Preis für ein Mehrbettzimmer zu bezahlen, aus meiner Sicht. Das sollte besser gelöst werden. Man hat auch keine Lust im Krankheitszustand sich sorgen machen zu müssen ob alles glatt geht mit der Versicherung. Das stört ein bisschen. Ansonsten bin ich dankbar, dass die Hauptkosten übernommen wurden.

Catastrophic... The customer service is awful, it's been over 8 months that I've been fighting with them by email to get my money back and for them to repeat an error on their part... They either take 1 and a half months to reply to me with an answer that's way off the mark, or they contradict each other... I absolutely do not recommend this insurance company, especially April international, Easy Claim.

This insurance company has consistently proven to be the most difficult to work with when it comes to settling insurance claims. Their approach often involves searching for loopholes in order to reject valid claims.
Good application for April Claim but it is quite long for reimbursement process.
Des assureurs dans toute leur splendeur. Je perds mon travail car j’ai maintenant une invalidité à 85% et la prise en charge de mon crédit immobilier est rejetée par ces gens là qui en plus ont mis 9 mois pour me répondre !! Perte de mail soi disant entre autre. A fuir absolument
