Extrêmement déçue par April depuis le mois d’octobre 2024. Tout est mis en place pour ne pas rembourser. Les délais sont très longs ( on est très loin des 5 jours ouvrés…) Les dossiers sont mal gérés. Les conseillers demandent rétroactivement des impressions de tickets de caisse alors qu’ils n’ont jamais été nécessaires. Une facture attestant du paiement était jusqu’ici suffisante. On ne change pas les règles en cours de route sans prévenir ses adhérents en amont !

My experience with April over the last weekend was imply outstanding. They were regularly in touch, provided solutions and went I feel above and beyond normal care procedures.
April were very efficient in helping me with a freak rugby accident. They communicated with the hospital directly and ensured that I did not had to stress about any of the insurance details. I had to stay overnight and was discharged very quickly in the morning once the direct billing had gone through. Overall, the company were extremely efficient and obviously take great care in their customers!

I'd like to share my experience with April International with regards to my queries. The CS handling my query, Tom Sing-On provides clear timely response about my plan. Please continue to provide good customer service. I would like to suggest too -- hope April Insurance can improve customer experience by adding feature to view the remaining balance/limit of the plan based on the usage in the website or app. Thank you!

I couldn't fault the care and assistance we have received from April recently. A complex situation which took a while to sort but April were very professional throughout keeping me updated on where we stood. If they encountered any issues, I was the first to know. Nov 14,2024Über die App eingereichte Belege wurden bei meiner letzten Rückerstattung tatsächlich schneller erstattet. Ein Beleg über rund 900 US wurde nach 2 Wochen erstattet und ein Beleg über rund 5000 US nach 4 Wochen erstattet. Das ist akzeptabel gegen über vorher 3 Monate mit der Post eingereichte. So hohe Beträge konnten ja vorher nicht mit der App eingereicht werden. Also April weiter so und eine Empfehlung
