Same problem as the guy below. They said my order shipped, UPS says a label has been made but have not received my shipment. I also signed up for 15% discount and applied the discount code given and on a nearly $400 purchase it gave me 85 cents discount. It has been seven days since my purchase and seven days since I emailed about the discount and no response yet.

I placed an order for a barrel and the company sent me a tracking number and the tracking number hasn’t been given to UPS and trying to contact the company is impossible. I have called and emailed and tried the chat feature they always tell me the same thing about being transferred to tier 2 support who never call or email me back. All i wanted was for my item to ship and when I reach out for help nobody is there to help resolve my issues. Beware if you have any issues at all there will be nobody that can help you from this company. This was my first order and will be my last unless they help resolve this issue and resend my order and make sure the shipping company has the package. I did end up receiving my order but the tracking number didn’t show any movement until it was delivered and after leaving this review i did end up hearing from tier 2 customer service. I would like to see better customer service when contacted because it seemed impossible to get a hold of them but product did show up and was exactly what i ordered.

I ordered something small just to test their service and got it very quickly. I then ordered a shotgun. It was also shipped and received quickly and without issue.
Have been waiting 6 business days for item to ship and still hasn't been shipped.
Had an issue with price matching after the items I purchased had dropped to a lower price. They did reach out by email and gave a credit for the difference.
I placed two separate orders and both they claimed that their “no-fraud” program advised them to cancel the order and refund my money. I guess I’m trying to scam myself? Everytime I’d contact support they would give me a round trip. The funny thing is they couldn’t tell me why the order was canceled. I had higher hopes and expectations.

I ordered a box of .338 lapua, which isn’t cheap, on 11/20/24. I did not receive any order confirmation emails or ANYTHING from AR15Discounts other than a single text confirming I’d signed up for order updates. After about a week, on Friday 11/28/24 I contacted customer service. This involved me sending over all my order details, several screenshots I took at the time of my order, and I sent a screenshot from my banking app showing that I had indeed been charged just for good measure. Customer service stated that they had no record of my order despite all the proof I’d sent them, and said they’d escalate to “tier two customer service” which apparently means actually being put in touch with AR15 discounts which I guess that customer service wasn’t? I was also informed that “tier two” wasn’t open until Monday, so a couple more days of nothing, which honestly I didn’t view as a big deal as I’d assumed we’d get this resolved and I’d get my box of .338 on the way. Now on Monday, today, 12/2/24 almost two weeks after the initial order was placed, I got a super long and vague email that basically said “we use a fraud protection service to reduce chargebacks”. Cool, no problem I respect using a fraud protection service. I emailed back asking the representative to elaborate as there was no real information contained in that email, and they stated that they’d been advised to refund and cancel my order. No elaboration. No telling me why they thought it was fraud. Nothing. Just a “hey F*** you we aren’t gonna do your order”. But you know what really pisses me off? It’s not that they use outside customer service, and it’s not that they use a fraud protection service. ITS THAT THEY MADE ZERO EFFORT. If they had elaborated and said “hey here’s this reason we got a fraud alert” I honestly wouldn’t be mad right now, it’s happened before and I totally understand not wanting to get a chargeback. But instead it didn’t even feel like they gave me the finger. It felt like some heartless middle management kiss up who fills their coffee cup to the brim with vodka every morning to try to make it through another grating day at the office in an attempt to get promoted up and out of the soulless day in and day out sent me a pre written email to shut me up so that they could get back to gossiping with Susan in the cubicle next door about the newest toner cartridges they got for the printer, a conversation that they absolutely hate but have to have because of office politics. I will never, and I mean never, leave a good review for a company that makes it feel like office politics.
Bad ass deals will perches more in the future.
