Feb 11,2016I found the schnauzer keychain that I'd been searching for however it was out of stock. I requested notification when it would be available again. I wasn't disappointed because a few weeks later I received a back in stock email. This company's service is excellent. After ordering my keychain, I received it a few days later, much sooner than when I expected it. The keychain was well worth the wait. Highly recommend ordering from this company.

My product arrive not quite wholesome but this company took very efficiently care of the issue, apologized and rendered a swift refund without asking for the damaged product back. I appreciate the care they took to make me feel as a valued customer. It's nice to know that this company really cares. I will order products again in the very near future.

Feb 03,2016The collar is great for a pet that chews or that is having surgery. I have been useing it prio to her surgery to see how she will do and she is not trying to get it off. That is great. She is a Malinois. If you know anything about the breed, they can get out of anything. She is fine with it. I am very pleased. Thank you. I recommend it.

Jan 24,2016Petsmart didn't carry or evn know about tag silencers, so they drove me here. Sure, the shipping was more than double the cost of the item, but it got to Miami so fast I didn't care. Worth a couple extra bucks to get it a day later than I would have, assuming I could find it, and even then the time and gas I'd spend made it worthwhile. Should have bought more of the same item.

I would've rathered saved on shipping by not only have the choice of priority or higher charges. I can wait for a good thing!
