Aug 20,2016I highly recommend Arcatapet.com their customer service is very impressive and the items I have ordered from them are excellent. Shipping is very fast as well. This is the second order I have placed with them for bowls that fit my parrot cages. I had searched high and low for bowls that fit and I am so happy that I finally found them. This company rocks!

Aug 12,2016I had an excellent experience with Arcata. I ordered some miracle nipples and oral syringes to feed an orphaned squirrel. I had ordered them separately and then asked in the comments section for them to be shipped together to save on shipping. There was a slight mix up but Arcata corrected it immediately after I emailed them and even let me keep the extra set of nipples just to make it right. It is so refreshing that a company reacts so quickly and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! I would definitely recommend this company!

I saw this one quite by accident, and it was exactly what I was looking for. So I ordered, it came quickly, great quality fits perfectly, and now we can walk around the lake again. Thank you so much. Jul 24,2016Arcata had my Koi fish's favorite food in stock at a great price. I ordered online and the shipment arrived quickly. When I opened the container and discovered the manufacturer had mistakenly placed the wrong product inside, I contacted Arcata, who contacted the manufacturer, and quickly got me a replacement. I was extremely pleased with the very prompt, courteous and professional customer service I received. I would definitely shop again!

Jun 29,2016I have been looking for a source fro EVO cat food since it's been more challenging lately to find. Chewy.com told me that EVO is now only distributing to retailers with bricks and mortar presence and I looked for a trustworthy supplier. From Vermont, I was not expecting to find one in California but Arcata had fair shipping policies, friendly customer service, and immediate turnaround of my order (on a Sunday!) which made them very competitive with a larger retailer like Chewy. I was very impressed with the experience of purchasing cat food from Arcata Pet.

Jun 22,2016Our cat is a picky eater, and we were excited to see that Arcata Pet carried the brand he liked (Evo) and was able to ship to us. Shipping was not free, but overall cost declined as we added to our order, and the price/bag was reasonable. So, we thought it was well worth it to get the product that wanted for our little kitty. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was excellent so we did not have any punctures in the bag. Thank you for very good service!
