Since I need to ship my chi babies, I need the food and water bowl for shipping. Amazon selling 6.38$ and their price was 2.xx$. Unbeatable price! Great company and very legit!!!!

May 27,2016I accidentally ordered twice or something and they promptly contacted me to see if the duplicate order was correct. I told them that I just needed one order and it was no problem. My bird food shipped the same day and we got it quickly.

May 27,2016I just got a new puppy so I ordered the double leash. Not only was it much nicer that I expected it was on sale and I received it the very next day. Couldn't ask for more than that and I will definitely shop here again and recommend the site to my friends with pets.

May 21,2016The company itself is great. They were very quick in sending our product. Unfortunately our cat loved the product way too much that he swallowed it and we had to spend 1000 dollars today on a 4 dollar toy to unobstruct our kitty. He swallowed 32 inches of elastic

May 09,2016I was looking for a product (Gulpy) that is no longer sold in many pet store in my areas. I searched the web and discovered Arcara Pet Supply. They didn't have the product in stock, but told me they would email me when it was in. Within about 2 weeks I received an email. Made my purchase and received the products just days later. I'm completely happy with the fact, friendly service I received, I would order from them again.

May 05,2016I ordered a dog door from Arcata. I initially found it at one site in the wrong color but decent price and at another site in the right color but very high. After a little shopping around I discovered Arcata. They had the same door at the best price I've seen in the color I needed. I decided to try them although they were a new site for me. No fears--the ordering was easy the shipping was completed in the estimated time and the product arrived very well packaged. I would order from them again and with 4 dogs I probably will do that soon.

May 01,2016Great customer service there was a mix up with the orders and it went through twice. I was called and notified promptly and was only charged for one. Ordered food for my fish room. Only place I could find that had the bulk I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and competitive. Shipping was fast. I will do more business in the future.

Apr 30,2016As a first time customer, I was relieved to locate a hard-to-find product at ArcataPet.com. As a cautious online consumer, I am always a bit hesitant and prefer companies that have Paypal as a payment option, (which Arcata.com did have). My order was promptly processed and shipped. The Avi-Tech bird supplement was fresh, having a 2018 expiration date. The price and shipping cost was quite reasonable. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to make another purchase from Arcata.com.
