Oct 13,2016My dog had been in a cone for 4 weeks and was getting more depressed and stressed. I was desperate for another option when i found the optivisor. Unfortunately, it is made in Europe and shipping wasnt an option for a US address. Anazon had a 2 week shipping ability. Thank heaven I found Arcatapet. They shipped express to Alaska and my bulldog finally was able to sleep. Great service. Thanks!!

They completely changed the feeding experience from what had been a frustrating situation to what it should be - peaceful and nurturing, knowing the babies were able to get the nourishment they needed. Arcata's customer service is second to none and shipping was prompt. I live in Northern Ca and received my order the next day. Highly recommended!

Aug 27,2016I found the company after much research, looking for something to shield my blind dog's eyes. I ordered a visor which I received within a few days and found that it did not fit. I called and they suggested another size, which I bought and sent the other back immediately. The day they received the visor, the sent the credit (minus shipping). They also follow-up via email. I have already referred them to my vet's office. The visor is pretty sturdy and the price is just right!
