Mar 23,2016Love how fast they get my order out! This is the best rat food I have found, and I've searched a lot! My little guy is very happy with all the variety and I'm happy to give it to him! Mar 23,2016I ordered a NovaGuard collar. Upon arrival it did not fit properly. I called and they. We're quick to offer suggestions. And had another size sent immediately. I unfortunately had to pay shipping again to get the replacement, and the cost of shipping to return the wrong size was so expensive it wasn't worth making the return. But they tried to help and I recommend the company. Not however the Novaguard, as the new size also didn't work and actually scrapped my dogs head to the point of bleeding, and I am out a lot of money in shipping and product.

Mar 16,2016We have ordered several products over the years, most recently some soft cones for our cat. The shipping cost to Canada for inexpensive items makes it more worthwhile to buy in bulk, but they ship very quickly and send updates so you know where your order is all the way along, so it is still worth it for us. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Mar 14,2016I am a return and satisfied customer! I purchased a female eclectic parrot for my mom in VA. I live in NJ. We supplement her normal food with the eclectus brand that's offered. We tried to totally get away from the store brand food where I purchased her, however, she was 3 yrs old when I purchased her and refused to eat anything else. The compromise was the store brand along with the avian science super eclectus bird seed! She loved it!! Will keep coming back!! Thanks.

Mar 13,2016I purchased a Bizzy dog bed while visiting family in Florida, my dog fell in love with it and soon discovered that our cat did as well. I wanted to find another one and the company suggested Arcata Pet because they were the closest to New Mexico (where we live). Chris was above and beyond accommodating. He contacted me as soon as their shipment arrived, sent me photos and took my order over the phone. The bed arrived and all pets are extremely happy. This is a great bed at a great price. Mar 10,2016I order peacock feathers for my cat and she absolutely loved them. I passed some on to my daughters cats and they went crazy for them. Now when I go over to visit they come running up to me looking for more. Needless to say I placed a second order. I am sure I will be placing more since they service was really great. Highly recommend!

Mar 05,2016I don't leave my house much since I have 2 kids under the age of 5 and a 4x4 truck that's hard on gas. I ordered 5 5lb bags of sand for one of my fish tanks it was reasonably priced, I received it quicker than I expected, and somehow they managed to pack all those bags in one box. I will definately be using this website again.
