May 07,2025The staff were exceptional and absolutely no pressure. We spent over 3 hours choosing an adjustable bed and rise/recliner chairs which were needed due to a recent disability. This may seem a long time but, with specific needs for each item, it was lovely to not feel rushed. We were told the pros and cons of each option. There is a large choice which would have been daunting without the expertise and helpfulness of the staff. The staff member also ensured that I tried all the functions of each item to ensure that it met my exact requirements. They didn't try to push extras or steer us towards more expensive items, it was all about meeting my exact needs which they did perfectly. Delivery options and aftercare were also clearly explained so these could also be taken into consideration. Could not fault.
