After trying 6 beds with Orthopedic mattresses I chose the one which suited me best. It was delivered according to plan, was built up and finished and put in place most efficiently. I was delighted with the whole process.

May 09,2025I ordered a Super King Sleepsoul mattress online as they were the cheapest price I could find. Delivery was quick and on confirmed day. Unfortunately we did have an issue with the mattress as the depth did not measure to size and was short by at least 5cm. The manufacturer appointed an independent inspector to come out and measure the mattress - which was a little frustrating as we then had to accommodate their visit to confirm what I had already reported. However once the manufacturer confirmed the mattress was faulty Archers arranged a replacement for a different model as I was wary of experiencing the same problem and further delays. Overall very happy with their customer service and Archers have been responsive and dealt with the issue positively. Would recommend to all.
