Jan 27,2025We visited Archers Great Western Rd on 18 January looking for a new mattress and were very well looked after by Tom, who let us browse initially and then explained very clearly the different options and the structures of the many different mattresses. As my husband and I have different requirements due to very different weights, it was not straightforward! Tom obviously has a very in-depth knowledge of mattresses and their suitability and he gave us a quote which we went away to think about. Came back the next day and ordered. Tom was very professional and at no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase. Overall excellent service.

He explained about my choice and advised me on after care of the mattress I had chosen. The payment and receipt were issued and a 1 year warranty explained. Altogether a very kind and professional member of staff. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised to hear that it had arrived earlier than expected.Arranged to have it delivered and built up on Wednesday 22nd .Ryan and Chris from Wizard arrived on time agreed and had all units built after 2hrs Good job guys Unfortunately wrong handles sent for wardrobe and having to wait another few weeks for replacements Still pleased with overall experience .

He also sourced me pillows that are being discontinued as I had bought them before and really liked them He then advised your mattress protectors had 20%off so we bought one.
