Jan 24,2025I cannot fault the service I received on my visit to Archer's. The sales assistant Cairns was very professional and friendly. He immediately apologised for my wait as both the assistants were dealing with other customers. As soon as he dealt with that customer he immediately approached me and took my order. He was extremely attentive, took my order and explained the process. He was especially helpful explaining how delivery would be made as this was a concern for me due to my hospital appointments. Excellent service all round.

We were surprised how many aspects of the base, mattress and headboard could be adjusted to suit us. It was also great to hear there were no extra costs and the price included everything. Great advice from a knowledgeable guy.

Furniture is beautiful and sturdy, drawers have a good depth and the colour is really nice, added bonus of being on wheels. Excellent all round, would definitely purchase from Archers in future
