Aug 19,2024Terrible Customer Service. Ordered 2 front tyres to be replaced on a VW T5. Took the afternoon off work to go and have them fitted only to turn up at the fitting station to find the tyres were not what I ordered and were only suitable for a car. Phoned Asda Tyres to express my dissapointment with the waste of my time to be told I had to give them the opportunity to fix the problem and there was no complaints procedure. They are now processing a full refund that will take up to 6 days to show in my account whilst I have to lay out an additional £400 with another fitter on top of the original purchase with Asda Tyres. First and last time using this company. Absolute time wasters.

Aug 17,2024My first experience with buying tires in the UK, but among the sellers I've seen, ASDA has cheaper prices including delivery to the garage you choose and fitting. And no problem to buy if my car has foreign registration, because some garages won't deal with you if your vehicle is not on British number plates.

Aug 17,2024Ordered a tyre from them for mobile fitting. On the date and time indicated I called the fitter, and he had received the tyre but no details other than my name and said it wasn’t his problem. If I hadn't called, it would have sat there forever as a mystery tyre. As it was, the tyre could not be fitted by the date I needed it, despite having paid £36 for mobile fitting. They are a complete disaster. When I complained to Asda Tyres they just quote the section from their terms and conditions saying they weren’t bound by the agreed fitting time. Apparently this also extends to never telling the mobile fitter who and where the customer is….Never again.

Aug 17,2024I got a good price from Asda Tyres. They arranged for me to have them fitted a Warings Tyres in Redditch. The garage was very good, they went the extra mile by putting my tyres on same axle to prevent excess wear and help with performance 10/10

Aug 15,2024Asda tyres were very reasonably priced, they were the only ones who had my tyre available in a non 4x4 version. The other companies would only offer a 4x4 tyre for my car but my car wasn't a 4x4 variant. So very pleased with Asda, great easy process. Told me what I needed to do and all the info request was sent to the fitter. Overall very happy and satisfied. Will definitely use Asda again.

Aug 20,2024i brought a tyre on 4/8 and on 5/8 i cancelled it all was good and easy. was told 6 days for refund as off today still no refund can't raise a ticket on website or talk to anyone via there chat. also states got to go via these 2 ways if no refund. ended up going via paypal
