Aug 21,2024What a pleasant experience I had at Reid's garage in Paisley when I turned up to my allotted timeslot to get a new tyre for a slow puncture in my offside front tyre. The enineer were really helpful and provided myself and my partner with a comfortable seat while we waited. The analysed the punture and found that it was the valve instead of the tyre. As such they told us the problem and suggested we get a refund from ASDA while trying to locate somewhere local that we could get a replacement valve fitted as they didn't have a spare and it would take a few days to acquire one.

Online purchase was easy and very clear and fitting appt was very local. Excellent service from the garage who were very good - very pleased++

Aug 21,2024From ordering online to attending at the tyre fitters, everything was smooth and efficient. There was a slight problem with the tyre fitters I had chosen in that they did not have the facility to fit tyres to 20" rims. An alternative was swiftly recommended and booked, if fact it all worked out for the better.

Aug 21,2024I've recently placed an order for 4 tyres from Asda. There was a small glitch during the booking stage which I didn't catch on time. Also, I must have forgot to put the code for the gift voucher. After paying, I've realised these 2 issues and contacted via email customer support. I have received a brilliant help from Lewis who sorted me out with both of the issues, now I'm booked for tyres to be fitted in a few days. Top support received, I will buy again from Asda for the other cars. Thank you Lewis.

Aug 21,2024Ordered tyres at 10pm on a Sunday night, they were delivered to the fitting centre by noon on the Monday and by 1.30pm I was driving away with two new tyres. Really helped with unexpected damage to one of my front tyres the day I had to fly from Birmingham for work. The F1 Autocentre in Spalding who fitted the tyres come highly recommended too

Aug 20,2024Not a happy bunny, I ordered £200 worth of tyres, I was told someone would contact me for fitting, no one did. So I cancelled the order because I needed new tyres, and now they are ignoring me and not refunding my money, I feel totally ripped off now.

Aug 20,2024Having used big name chains (both tyre centres & mobile fitters) in the past I found the Asda Tyres model esp using friendly local fitters easy, cost effective, convenient & trouble free. Not only was it the cheapest option for what I needed but it introduced me to a long established local trader whose service was very good. Should the need arise I will definitely be using this service again. Be nice to tie up service with Asda rewards app too.

Aug 20,2024I arrived at the designated time and was attended to straight away by two friendly fitters. I sat in the waiting area while the tyre changes were carried out and was kept informed of progress. One of my tyres was very worn on the inside edge and I was recommended to have them aligned, which I did.

Aug 20,2024Easy to order, Local fitters available. And they have not been sitting in a warehouse for ages. I would have no hesitation in buying from Asda again when needed. And yes they are genuinely Cheaper than the rest!

Aug 20,2024DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY SELLING OLD TYRES!!! If I could put 0 stars I WOULD!!! Paid for anew tyres when fitted noticed they are almost 4 years old!!! I would accept 1 year old is okish but not 4!!! When called customer service they could not help at all!!

Aug 23,2024Ordered 2 front tyres to the tune of £400, including fitting and wheel alignment. I selected them happily because it gave me same day fitting which I urgently needed due to having a flight booked Sunday morning (this was ordered on the Friday). I got a call not long after from the fitter advising that they couldn't actually fit the tyres until Sunday 😡 When I rang Asda Tyres they tried to find an alternative option. Their system advised a fitter available for the Saturday within 3 miles - except it was actually 5 miles and when they rang up to check they also had no availability until Sunday. 😡😡 So now they've got £400 of my money which takes them up to 6 WORKING DAYS to refund (which is an absolute nonsense in the modern banking world), it's just interest grabbing, and I still have a car with a flat tyre. I'm SO angry. What's the point of stating time and date for fitting when they can't actually see how busy the fitter really is? Will never use again and suggest people try elsewhere.
