Aug 29,2024Front tyres were at fitting garage and promptly put on. Car drives nicely and balancing seem ok. Fitter advised that all season tyres should be fitted to front and rear axles for safety reasons. Checked this out and this is correct. As I now had summer tyres on the rear then I will change them to all seasons. My only criticism is that the Asda website didn’t mention this.

Aug 29,2024Tyres arrived on time. Fitting centre (HiQ Bicester) were skilled, friendly and did the job at the scheduled time. Cheaper than blackcircles for the Michelins I'd picked.

Aug 29,2024Shoddy company. Ordered a pair of tyres on line and was given a strict date and time for fitting. When I arrived at the fitting station he operative ws unprepared and could not find me new tyres. Eventually he declared the tyres had not been delivered. He rang Asda tyres (who are not he Asda Supermarket group) and was told the delivery had been bungled and might be delivered tomorrow. An absolute shambles of an organisation.

Aug 28,2024Ordered two tyres but one gone missing at the fitting garage. Customer service said they will investigate this incident and will give me a call but never did it. No any replies to support ticket either. After a week and 3 phone calls to them I was offered to cancel my order as they didn't bother to solve my problem. Poor experience. Wasting time and money.

Aug 27,2024My experience with ASDA Tyres customer service was abysmal. I booked in a tyre fitting and 2 days before got an email saying there was a problem and it would be delayed several days. I replied saying I needed it done on the selected date (my wife was in hospital and I needed it fixed to visit her and look after the children, which I explained to them) and they got back to me stating it was because my tyre selection was out of stock so I could choose another. They were unable to tell me what replacement would be suitable so I had to go through it myself and find one, which I sent. Apparently I also needed to send them the EAN so again I had to go through trying to find this information. This tyre also wasn’t available so I had to look again and could only find worse tyres for an additional cost. I sent them a list and said that even though they were worse I didn’t mind which one as I was in desperate need of a tyre. They then came back saying that there was a difference in cost which I had to cover. I said that surely because they had failed to meet the contract and I had had to do all the work finding a suitable replacement they would cover the few pounds difference (we were talking less than £5), especially as they were worst tyres. They refused to give and help at all and said I either had to cancel the appointment, pay more for a worse tyre or wait until the original tyre was in stock. I feel it is absolutely appalling that ASDA provides this level of service even after I mentioned the issues with my wife. They (Lewis was the representative) expected me to do all the work to resolve an issue they had created and the resolutely refused to budge at all to resolve the problem. In the end I had to cancel the order and called a local garage who had the tyre I wanted for the same price as before and were able to fit it straight away.

Aug 23,2024Initially I was told by a nearby tyre garage that they couldn't get an exact match for my replacement tyre but they could get something similar for £120. I found ASDA Tyres after a quick Google and sure enough I was able to get the EXACT tyre that I needed for only £77, BIG saving over my initial quote! I chose F1 Autocentres to fit this tyre for me as they had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. After a brief wait my new tyre was fitted and job done!

Aug 23,2024After ATS let me down badly, it was now an urgent job to get tyres before our trip so I I booked with ASDA. First appointment was cancelled after 24 hrs leaving me, potentially, in a very awkward position wrt getting tyres sorted in time. ASDA still had my money and were apparently unaware that the fitter had cancelled the booking. However Tracy at customer services gave it 100% and I went from grumpy customer to hopeful customer. In the end, the fitter she lined me up with did a great and efficient job so I'm now a happy customer. I'm still a little nervous about the reliability of the online bookings but Tracy proved that (unlike ATS) there are people behind the scenes who give a monkey's and are capable and willing to help when things go wrong.
