Jul 26,2024If everything goes without a hitch, I’m sure Asda Tyres are great to deal with. Unfortunately, both times I’ve tried them, hitches have been in abundance. They do not check with the fitters if they have availability and the availability on the website is outdated. Twice I have booked tyres to be fitted and twice the fitter has called to say Asda Tyres have ignored their availability and they are fully booked. When I ordered tyres this morning, a local fitter was showing as having availability all day tomorrow. They called to tell me they’d been fully booked since Wednesday and couldn’t fit me in until next Wednesday - and that they inform Asda Tyres of their availability but it gets ignored. Contacting Asda Tyres customer service is also painful. They direct you to their website multiple times before getting through to a representative. When you do get through, the representative has a script and they will not deviate from it. They will take your money, then tell you they can’t fit your tyres and hope you’ll take another date instead of a refund. If you do need a refund, you can expect to wait for a week before it arrives. Oh, and they told me they had to contact the fitter to see if the tyres had arrived before refunding - something that is not my problem in the least. I’ve paid for a service you can’t deliver so refund me. I don’t care where the tyres are, that’s for Asda Tyres to figure out. So if, like most people, you’re on a budget… you get screwed. God forbid you need tyres in a hurry. Absolutely despicable practice, they have zero interest in helping the customer, just taking your money and fobbing you off. They might be cheaper than other places, but beware that discount comes with its own price. If you’re lucky, everything will go without a problem. If you’re not, expect a royal pain in the backside sorting it out. Completely, utterly, useless.

Jul 26,2024Purchasing the tyres on the asdatyres website was intuitive, and the transaction was seamless including selecting the Mobile Fitting option. Fitment was scheduled for 3 working days ahead as the earliest available slot. I contacted Beecroft Tyres the day before to confirm the booking, and was advised the driver would call 30 mins before arrival. However, the means committing a whole day just to get tyres fitted. The fitter had a very personable and friendly manner, and was efficient and knowledgeable about the fitting.

Jul 25,2024I ordered & paid for a tyre on a Sunday nite late. The fitting was due to be done on the Tuesday. I received a call from the tyre fitter on the Monday at about 6pm, saying would I be available to have my tyre fitted. Super impressed with the service. Would definitely recommend. Slightly cheaper also than a brand of similar service.

Jul 24,2024Ordered a pair of tyres, 215 50 r18 got sent a pair of 20” tyres, emailed customer service (Excellent response) only to be told that I had to cancel one order & re-order correct ones! Easy! Except the price went up £35.00 😟. Fitter on the other hand, Tidy Tyres Cwmavon, port talbot was outstanding! Car turned around in 15mins!! Outstanding. 😊

Jul 31,2024I knew which tyres I needed (to match the other two) and so I looked for the best price (fitted) for the two that I needed to pass an MOT. Asda was the best price for the two tyres, as I had found previously, and the fitting at Protyre worked well last time. I'm very happy.
