My chosen garage (JD Tyres, Hull) did a great job, fitted the tyre quickly with no issues and I was even offered a hot drink while waiting and watching the tropical fish in the waiting room. Very happy.

In 3 months the previous supplier had increased the price by £20 per tyre so I did a search using suppliers other than the usual BlackCircles, Halfords etc and found Asda to be lower priced than my previous purchase and the fitting location was 15 miles closer to home....so it was a win win done deal.

Jul 20,2024Placed an order for tyres with Black Circle originally. Got an email and text on the morning of fitting. Arrived at the trye centre to be told that the tyres had not arrived, despite BC telling the tyre centre they would be there the afternoon before fitting. Eventually BC came up with the pathetic excuse that the supplier had problems with their van. So if that was true why not inform BC to let the customer know? Moral of this is "Avoid Black Circle at all costs." Needless to say I cancelled that order and purchased with Asda. Can't fault the service at all, quick, efficient and best of all the tyres I ordered were at the tyre centre when I arrived.

Jul 20,2024So I don't do writing reviews but I need to write this due to the poor service I have received firstly the buying of the tyre took seconds which is a good thing but what follows is pass exception. I sent my wife to the 5 star review garage in tolpits Lane Watford with just the wheel to replace the tyre which I then received a call from my wife in a very distress manner and to cut a long story short I ask her to compose her self a drive home with the wheel carefully. My next part which while writing this review is trying to get my payment back I have tried the online bot which I stay in a queue then try the email reply service which after informing my issue. The service will not send the email. So I'm looking at a few months before making contact and getting my refund or taking court action Avoid this service as the website is user friendly but the end service is what ever dodge garage story is about. I hope this helps

Jul 19,2024After shopping for best price online I went for Asda and Tyre Exchange at Preston Farm Industrial Estate on Teeside. I turned up slightly early but they still got my 2 front tyres on my Volvo changed and staff there were great. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.
