May 14,2024Sent wrong tires and didn’t arrange collection as promised and lost a days work waiting in for them to collect. Will have to wait another day. Turned out to be very expensive tyres. Very poor service on the phone when you finally get a number to call. They don’t have answers to simple questions.

May 14,2024I'm very disappointed with the order. I made an order in the morning for a fitting service at a garage nearby but received a phone call from the garage late in the afternoon saying they were fully booked. I called ASDA Tyres to cancel the order. They seem very dubious, as they want customers to purchase online and later let them know they can't do it on the agreed time date. I have taken time off, but it is all wasted now. I'm not sure they are part of ASDA, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

May 14,2024Purchased 4 tyres from Asda which included fitting at one of their chosen fitters. Tyres fitted but one wheel was damaged. Returned to fitter to point out the damage and was laughed at and discriminated. They mentioned if I had gone direct to them, they would have given money back but as I used Asda, I’ve not even paid the correct price. Asda customer service initially agreed with my dispute having reviewed the pictures but then later changed stance and decide to blame curb damage. The pictures of the damage clearly show fitting damage. No mention or apologies made for the discrimination or way I was treated. Very upset and would recommend you avoid using Asda at all costs as they do not have customers interest at heart.

May 13,2024Went to have tyres fitted on agreed date only to discover they hadnt even been delivered! Contacted cust svcs and was told by first rep they'd investigate and report back, they didnt. Same thing happened later that day with same result, heard nothing back. Then, following day, spoke to third person who said they'd look into it and report back, they didnt. Now waiting for full refund. The ironic thing is I can get exactly the same service and price direct from the company who asda tyres were going to use! AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE, DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

May 12,2024Don't waste your time they don't stock the tyres, told 24hr service for two tyres fitted, picked an expensive brand to take advantage of 24 hour service, booked the garage and time for the booking, booked afternoon off work ! received an email in middle of the night to say they had tried to contact me but tyres wont be available for another 23 days !! No missed calls or messages left, dishonest ! THEN TOLD ME IT COULD BE ANOTHER 6 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

May 11,2024Cheap tyre service. Certainly no extras, very basic. Not what was expected from the ASDA name - at least to have some guest amenities such as a waiting/viewing area, coffee machine, toilets.

May 11,2024After shopping around I found the tyres I wanted at a very competitive price including fitting through the Asda Tyres shop. I booked in for fitting on a day convenient for me and the fitting process was simple and efficient. The system only really works if you can book in advance as there were no next day options etc but it worked for me!

May 10,2024The experience was fairly straightforward from ordering the tyres at the start right through to getting it fitted. The one hiccup along the way was when I ordered a runflat tyre which the fitters informed me was not suitable for the car. They recommended I cancel and reraise the order with the correct tyre, which I did and even this process was straightforward.

May 10,2024Absolute disaster. First time I drove the car on the new tyres I had a puncture warning light. It turns out one of the tyres fitted to my car was damaged (torn on inside) whilst fitting. Asda refused to refund the tyre and kept trying to fob me off to the fitter, although I repeatedly told them I had paid Asda, not the fitter. I sent them photo proof of damage, and written statement from the garage and they still refused to get involved. I don’t think this service has anything to do with Asda, and is just some dodgy tyre supplier using their name to gain customers trust. I would never use them again, it’s just not worth the hassle. It may seem cheap, but a cheap service is never a good one…
