Nov 30,2024My tyre was never fitted. Sent them multiple emails. Never received a reply and then called them. They then cancelled the original order, charged me extra and booked me for an additional week away. Would have been a total of 19 days without a tyre from the original fitment date. I gave up and went to another fitter. They are really rubbish.

Nov 29,2024Friday 10 minutes before the planned tire change I was informed that the tires were not delivered to the garage because the van broke down, I was offered to change the tires the next day, which was changed to Tuesday of the following week because they do not have Pirelli tires in stock and the ones that were supposed to be there have to stay where the van broke down. Do not buy tires there because they are not worth the stress for the same money you can buy them elsewhere and the installation as delivery is without problems

Nov 28,2024Ordered 2 tyres. 1 was delivered to the garage to fit. A week later, the tyre still hasn't been collected from the fitter, and Asda won't refund. Bad service. Bad error on their part.

Nov 26,2024The fitter claimed that the wheel locking key is broken. There was no choice but to pay up at 12th hour. Ended up paying more than other tyre vendors. This is similar to the experience some of the other customers have reported. I reached to customer services. They advised me to write to complaints#asdatyre.co.uk but email just bounces back

Nov 25,2024Had 2 new tyres fitted, went through Asda tyres, found the fitter through them. Unfortunately one of the wheel nuts was broken during the fitting the service. The fitter would not accept responsibility, and we ended up fixing it ourselves. I understand Asda tyres are the tyre not retailer and not the fitter, however Asda tyres were not very helpful in helping get this resolved, and given the fact I sourced the fitter through their website, I would expect them to provide more help in these situation. Won't be using Asda tyres again.

Nov 23,2024Ordered 2 tyres and booked a fitting date and time. On day of fitting phoned fitter who stated that all that days Asda tyre customers appointments have been cancelled. Fitter said they had let asda know yesterday and I booked another appointment for the following day. Called asda who deneyed they had been told. Turned up at fitter only to be told (after 15 mins waiting) that the wrong tyres had been delivered. Fitter wouldn't sort it, stating I had to contact Asda. Contacted Asda to cancel order. IMHO Asda tyre model is prone to customer satisfaction problems as relationship between asda and fitter is not strong and customer is expected to fill in the gaps and be flexible. Not good enough. Ps. Just booked with just tyres for same tyres at a lower price. If you use Asda my advice is pay with credit card and call fitter to check appointment is real.

Nov 23,2024Tried Asda for fitters tires. First they took my money then called and said they didn’t have the tires so changed the model. Then when I arranged at the fitting centre was told he had not and to come back later even tho I was within the time band. Called customer service who were basically saying it’s not their fault and no notice would be taken of my complaint. The lady literally didn’t care. Avoid

Nov 22,2024Really disappointing, paid £260 for 2 tyres, checked the date code and they are nearly 5 years old so not classed as brand new and almost not even classed as new, contracted customer services and they said they can't do anything about it. Poor show Asda Tyres.

Nov 20,2024What a joke, ordered tyres to be fitted in two days time only to be told after standing around for 20 mins that the tyres haven’t arrived!!!! Now forced to take a days holiday and wait for a phone call. There are plenty of other options out there and strongly suggest you take them, avoid avoid avoid

Nov 20,2024Awful service. Tyre replacement booked in for 10am this morning - The tyre has still not arrived by 5pm. Despite making a complaint to Asda at 2.00pm it took them another 2 hours and a further email complaint to respond. No idea where my tyre is and no idea when it will get fitted. Truth be told - avoid these guys like the plague!!

Nov 09,2024I had an extremely disappointing experience with ASDA Tyres. I placed an order and paid in advance, selecting a specific time slot at 1:00 PM, only to be called at 9:30 AM on the same day to tell me the slot was canceled because they didn’t actually have the tyres in stock. I was asked to wait two more days for the tyres, which was unacceptable given I had already booked a specific time. To make matters worse, the customer representative was rude, even shouting at me instead of being helpful or understanding. Now, instead of providing a quick refund, they’re making me wait a full six working days to get my money back. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated, and I will not be using ASDA Tyres again. They clearly have no regard for customer service or respecting customers' time. Avoid if you can!

Nov 08,2024Living in UK instead of ordering Summer/winter tyres ordered all season as we have summer and winter here. Asda sent me to Wilco for fitting.After fitting I noticed that the tread was different to front tyres.Told the manager they were different,he said you ordered those so we fitted them.I asked if it was ok to mix summer and all season tyres.He said it was!! On getting home checked this and found it was not correct to mix tyres.Contacted Asda and was told since I ordered them that is what they would fit.If I had ordered a banana it seems they would have fitted it . I am responsible for ordering the wrong season tyre even though we don’t just have a summer or winter but All season.Asda should not be sending customers to tyre fitters who take no care what they fit and fit anything you order.I noticed straight away,they didn’t check!. Asda were not interested saying I ordered them and they are consumables.10 miles! I was willing to contribute to change them but would not consider this.

Nov 07,2024I buy tires from them not for the first time, the prices are competitive, which I am always happy about. But there is one minus when ordering tires you can not be 100% sure that the tires will be of this year of manufacture, it is a lottery. But in general everything is good, thank you, 👍

Nov 02,2024Ordered 2 yokohama tyres on Tuesday to be fitted the following Saturday. On arriving at the fitting centre I was told that the wrong size tyres had been sent. On contacting asda tyres I was told that they couldn't contact the suppliers until the following Monday at the earliest. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that none were a available but I could send an email that might get picked up!!!! Because I needed the new tyres I was forced to buy the only 2 tyres the fitting centre had in stock costing me a further £260 but not the mid/premium I had ordered I will be phoning asda tyres again on Monday morning if they decide to answer the phone

Oct 30,2024After seeing their competitive pricing I thought I'd give them a go. I bought 4 tyres and arranged for them to be fitted 3 days later, the website assured me that everything would be ready for the date/time I selected. I arrived 10 minutes before my booking to be told by my garage that the tyres had not arrived. Frustrated after a 20 mile trip I called the customer service line and was greeted by Ruth who was friendly and apologetic and said she would do what she could to help the situation. Apparently it was a failure by the 3rd party supplier who could only be contacted via email. I got a call a few hours later from the garage saying the tyres had arrived then a call from Ruth to say the same and that I could have them fitted the next day. I've just got back from the garage with 4 decent tyres (manufacturered less than 1 year ago) fitted at a reasonable price so can't complain about that. I wish I'd spoken to one of my work colleagues first as it turns out he experienced the same last year. I would've liked to have seen some kind of compensation offered for the 2 journeys I had to make to have the tyres fitted which destroyed any discount I received vs. a competitors price. I'm not sure I'd use again.

Oct 30,2024Ordered tyres on the Friday with a fitting date and time for the following Tuesday, after sitting in ProTyre Ashford for over an hour then to be told the tyres haven’t arrived is worse than useless, think carefully before using either of these companies.

Oct 29,2024I have cancelled an order due to the up selling tactics of upgrading tyres to some brand they charge you more, it's been 3 weeks now, I still have not received my refund, the customer service is as useless, what an embarrassment, customer service tried to lie their way out by saying, I have received that refund like some idiot, I would recommend to anyone not too use them unless you want to be treated like an idiot, I will never be using asda tyres again. I would say a 1 start review is to high for the service I have received. An absolute joke of a company.
