Everything l was told would happen, did happen and on time. You have absolutely nothing to worry about when using this company. I cannot recommend them enough. I absolutely love my Rollator too.

Jun 16,2024The things you really need from a mobility service are accurate specification - and responsive customer service, this does not match my experience at Assist Mobility. Having given me the run around for two weeks with endless promises to call back they then tried to sell me a part from an smaller rollator and would not be deterred about the fitting and safety obstacles. They made it clear they felt they were doing me a favour returning my calls and emails. Either I got someone on a bad day or this company should not be selling mobility equipment they seem to know nothing about.

Jun 05,2024Ordered an Overlander, it came very quickly. But found it too much for me to handle. So contacted them and changed to a Carbon light one. They arranged for the overlander to be collected and the new one delivered.....happened on the same day...two days later! Refund sent to PayPal and returned to my bank account immediately!. First class all round!
