A customer services representative called Kim at Assist Mobility couldn’t have done more for us. We made a mistake with our order and she went out of her way to put things right for us. It has resulted in my having a super rollator that I’m delighted with, as sleek and elegant as these things can be. I would never hesitate to recommend this company, they’ve been marvellous.

When I unexoectedly and urgently required a replacement Byacre Overlander for my husband, the staff at Assist Mobility went way beyond the calls of duty to get one to me in the NE of Scotland in less than 24 hours. I need far more space than that available to express the kindness and effort that went into fulfilling my request. They were outstanding. My sanity, my faith in human nature and a wonderful holiday were saved by 2 members of staff of Assist Mobility. My gratitude is unbounded.
BE AWARE - Ordered a travel bag (a present from my family for Christmas). They wrapped it and I opened it on Christmas Eve. I live alone and found it was IMPOSSIBLE to fit the rollator into the bag. I have arthritis in my hands. I sent a "Chat" message to the company asking for a refund on 24.12.23. No response - phoned today "the policy is it must be returned in 14 days" - They refuse a refund even in the circumstances- "Managing Director" just kept repeating the returns policy. Very disappointed - her attitude leaves a great deal to be desired. Awful customer service.
My treatment by this company was exemplary. My original order arrived the next day but I realized the Rollator was too heavy for my wife. I returned it to Assist Mobility and exchanged it for a lighter one. The Company could not have been more helpful, giving me assistance all the way and delivering the new Rollator the next day. I wish all companies were as efficient and friendly to deal with. First Class!

It was a very good experience. I was concerned to buy a rollator on-line but they were very professional , even sending me a dvd which showed the rollator going into a car , the same size as mine. It arrived by courier , promptly,when expected, and l Have been very pleased with it.
