May 06,2024It looks excellent and fits well, and will be an improvement on what we've been using to date, which is a tray on some dycem roll, with a smaller piece of dycem on top of the tray. Unfortunately my husband sometimes moves our tray, which is then not horizontal so I am sure the tray as supplied by Saljol will be loads better. It is scheduled to be a birthday present so he hasn't actually received it yet! Hence I can't give fully relevant feedback as yet!! Sorry!

It was delivered today, and what brilliant customer service I received from them, the whole process was made so easy by the staff who are professional and friendly. Anyone who needs a rollator definitely should look at byACRE, it is so light and easy to use. I can not recommend it enough.

Apr 04,2024I love this ultra-light rollator. It is easy to use ... it has improved my walking and balance - I no longer stoop when walking as i did with other walking aids. If you use the rollator correctly, it keeps your posture upright and in aliengment as you walk, so I can stand up straight, with shoulders back, and have maximum support. I hate being classed and seen as disabled, but with the modern design, I feel as normal as anyone else, and feel I don't look disabled, but just someone having some assistance to walk! It's also a great talking point as people comment on how different it is to anything they've seen before. I would definitely recommend this.

Apr 03,2024My initial approach was to find out if the rollator would fit into our smart car. Kim was so helpful, and sent me photos showing exactly that. We went on to order and it was all handled very quickly and easily. Delivery was arranged and I was delighted when the rollator arrived the very next day. Fantastic!

Mar 24,2024What can I say other than what a service, ordered a walker on Thursday, and delivered on Saturday morning, which was free delivery. Web site extremely easy to navigate, with very comprehensive description of the item. Absolutely excellent service, and the price was good too.

Mar 06,2024Excellent service when I ordered my rollator by phone. Extremely competent and helpful assistant! However my rollator did not arrive on the date I was told. Again on enquiry the assistant was very helpful telling me the rollator was en route via DPD in Athlone in the REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ?? I live in the United Kingdom. Northern Ireland! Why was it sent to an EU country when it was being sent from one part of the UK to another? It arrived late. The box had been tampered with by Irish customs as is their right. It had several scores on it obviously done by a Stanley knife to check the contents. These were covered up by strips of sellotape. The box was clearly opened and contents obviously checked before it was sent on it's way. The rollator arrived fortunately undamaged but the box disintegrated on bringing it into my hallway! I am delighted with the rollator itself as it will allow me to get about more and access rougher surfaces at our Donegal holiday home. Please educate your staff on the geography of Great Britain and Northern Ireland! Not the first time I've come across this simple mistake! Northern Ireland IS as much part of the UK as Scotland or Wales or London. Why send goods to the EU when they are simply going from one part of the UK to another?? Thanks for reading this and I hope it leads to a more positive experience for your British customers in Northern Ireland!

May 07,2024It was all made so easy by Kim at Assist Mobility, eventually I purchased the red compact ultralight model. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of it and have found the shopping bag useful also the dual stick holders. Zippy has tackled uneven surfaces cobbles, grass land and wooded paths and is performing well.I walk much faster and my spine and neck are less fatigued than they were walking with 2 sticks. I intend to purchase the Overlander for the very rough Wensledale walks, I am so pleased I abandoned my sticks for the Compact ultralight.
