Sep 30,2024The car was not in good state, le lot of damage. Tires were also not in good state and when WE got an issue with a tiré, there was no spare wheel in thé back. So obliged to pay a already mounted tire to exchange the one on the car. So not so satisfied.

Sep 30,2024A year ago we rent a car that we have payed with the credit card on mij wifes name. But this year it cost me 440 euro extra because there was no other solution for it not even too change the name of the driver. Alle andere verhuurders op de luchthaven in pula kon gewoon de hoofdbestuurder veranderd worden dus ik weet bij welke maatschapij ik nooit meer een auto ga huren.

Sep 29,2024Autovermietung Flughafen Zadar. Auto vorher über Check 24 gebucht und bezahlt. Vor Ort als wir den Wagen abholen wollten, sollte eine Kreditkarte zur Sicherheit hinterlegt werden. Master und Visacard wurden nicht akzeptiert. Als wir dann eine Kreditkarte einer Onlinebank abgeben wollten, wurde es auch nicht akzeptiert, obwohl im Vorfeld in den AGBs, es nicht erwähnt wurde,dass es nicht akzeptiert wird. Wir sollten dann 200€ mehr zahlen. Komischerweise wurde aber dann jede Kreditkarte akzeptiert, um die 200€ zu zahlen. Unfreundliche und unverschämte Mitarbeiterin am Schalter. Zitat "It's not my problem". Schließlich zahlten wir die 200€ +750€ Selbstbeteiligung, die vorher so nicht vertraglich vereinbart wurden. Mitarbeiterin, die das Auto abgeben sollte, unprofessionell, unfreundlich und unverschämt. Bei der Rückgabe des Wagens ebenso eine schlecht gelaunte, unfreundliche und unprofessionelle Mitarbeiterin. Auf das unfreundliche Verhalten angesprochen, Zitat "I don't discuss with you". Eine sehr enttäuschende und unangenehme Erfahrung. Wir können es keinem empfehlen,bei dieser Autovermietung zu buchen. Service und Professionalität ist nicht vorhanden.

Sep 29,2024Long queue over 60 min. Unnecessary additional costs for insurance and other car because mine has already been given to someone else. They have a key box but still wanted additional cost for returning the keys. Car was good and according the booking. But was the last time with avia.

Sep 29,2024Very slow processing time when collecting the car. The car I received was damaged, warning light saying needed a service and cruise control didn't work because the front of the car had been damaged. This car should have been taken out of service.

Sep 28,2024I made the reservation in Belgium. I ordered a Peugeot but received an OK Open Crossland. At arrival in Split the car was waiting. We didn't loose much time. I had to pay 40 euro extra because I wanted to visit the island of brac by ferry boat. I could read this in the contract while booking. This for sure was not clear and should be changed in the future. All the rest was as propsed and no extra problems at returning time.

Sep 28,2024Very nice service when picking up and returning the rental car. The vehicle was fairly new (>5000km) and still in good condition. Damages that were not listed were quickly added to the form and signed. The fee for crossing the border to Slovenia, Italy and Austria was quite high at 80 euros compared to other providers. No pushy attempts to talk you into insurance. A reputable and good provider. I would book here again.
