Sep 22,2024These two stars are from the relatively cheap price when I’m booking. The reasons of why I rated only two stars are: 1. Terrible comments from Google maps: if you care about your business, please take a review from Google Maps, check it how people rate your business and company. I don’t know how do you think of it but me as a tourist, I had a very bad first impression. 2. Your colleague bad attitude: when I’m checking cars with your colleague who responded to show me each of scratches on the car, she just drafts three marks of obvious damages on the car, when I tried to check the car detailed, she started to show her angry face and impatient, I don’t know what is the problem if I check the car detailed. 3. Also about car’s condition, I found obviously more than three dents and damages, I don’t know if I didn’t found them out will you scamming me after I return the car? Let’s see.

Sep 22,2024Bonjour Notre vol Volotea V72244 a été retardé,nous sommes arrivé à l aéroport de Split à 20h45.Nous nous sommes dirigé immédiatement à votre bureau de l aeroport pour 20h55. Qui nous a dirigé vers votre parc extérieur.temps de marché 15mn.Votre intervenant nous a demandé expressément de payer les 50 euros de retard (après 21h00). Je vous demande le remboursement de cette somme indûment payée puisque nous étions en vos locaux dans les délais. H Malary

Sep 22,2024la caution demandée lors de la prise en charge du vehicule etait 1200 euros alors que sur mon contrat il etait noté 900 euros ,suite a 15 mn de discussion et visualisation sur mon telephone de mon contrat ,l'agence a bien voulu prendre 900 euros de caution.perte de temps et obligation de justifier. la caution ne m'a pas ete rendu lors du retour du vehicule le 17/09/24,alors que tout etait ok.elle m'a ete rendu le 21/09/24.

Sep 22,2024Wir hatten einen VW Golf mit DSG gemietet und einen deutlich kleineren und billigeren KIA Sonic mit Automatik bekommen. Als ich interveniert habe, wurde mir erzählt, man könne nur stornieren. Allerdings habeman kein Auto mehr. Das war Erpressung. Außerdem war im Flughafen nur ein Meeting Point. Bei der Rückgabe musste ich dann noch 50 Euro extra zahlen, weil wir vor 8 Uhr Morgens das Auto abgeben mussten.

Sep 21,2024Due to understaffed location (Split airport] car was not fuelled up , I got only 1/5 of tank did reffuled my self but I didn't spend all causing me waste of half off tank about £30 Brought to attention but nothing has been done When you don't bring back full tank they charge you extra but in this case they have not offered nothing and I lost ££ 30 Well NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL Thanks 4 your reply, you have totally missed point of my review and your excuse, which is totally unacceptable and incorrect, I cannot accept So on that basis I am reducing my rate of experience yo only one star

Sep 21,2024Ici on cherche d'abord à vous vendre une assurance que vous avez probablement déjà avec votre carte de paiement avant de vous louer une voiture, on vous met une bonne pression mais il faut résister et ne pas se laisser impressionner par un personnel peu accueillant, mal-aimable et désagréable. J’ai bien vu votre réponse mais elle ne répond pas à vos méthodes commerciales pour le moins discutables. Je ne mets pas en cause la caution qui par ailleurs est couverte par la carte de crédit. Mais je vous confirme que l’assurance que vous essayez d’imposer à vos clients est très chère et peu intéressante, une carte de crédit gold offrent les mêmes garanties. Je vous conseille de revoir vos méthodes et de rechercher une offre d’assurance plus compétitive pour les clients que ça peut intéresser.

Sep 21,2024We should wait 1 hour the car delivery, becouse we had expected the flight and airport procedures to take longer time. The answer was, that the car was not ready. If, true, OK, but be carefull, that the workers don´t use that explanation among their own comfortability.

Sep 21,2024We received a tired, dirty and battered car that we had to thoroughly check on collection, as it had numerous scratches and dents. Upon return the operator then had the gall to try and claim that one of these scratches were new and we were liable for damages. We argued the point and they backed down but this is clearly a scam they do with their old cars. Who wants to do this when you need to get your flight!! So I would just not use them again.

Sep 21,2024worst experience with car rental I've ever had. they charge a very high deposit of over 1000 euros, while in other rental companies it costs around 350 euros. of course there was no information about it before. despite buying full insurance they demand a deposit, informing that the insurance I bought "is not from them". so I had to buy a second one "from them". additional around 350 euros. they charge twice for collecting the car after working hours. the fee was charged when booking, but it was not specified on the bill so they added it again on the spot. I wanted a bigger car, when I checked VW T-Cross I got Opel Mokka 🤦♀️ they claim it's the same class of car. big joke! terrible service, very unpleasant. they couldn't check the fuel level properly at the end. I will not use their services again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Sep 20,2024Really good experience throughout. Fast and efficient at pick up, and helpful and accommodating at drop off. Had damage caused to the hire car whilst ina car park. Staff were really helpful in what documents I would need to claim off my own excess insurance, they went above and beyond. Used numerous car hire companies at Pula airport, some good, some bad. These put themselves above the rest with their care when something was wrong.

Sep 22,2024Mon vol a connu une heure de retard. Nous sommes arrivés au guichet à 21 h 05 soit une heure et cinq minutes après l'heure prévue. Il nous a été appliqué 90 euros de supplément. De plus méfiance, il faut obligatoirement une crédit card et non débit card. Donc pas de possibilité de valider la caution sur le véhicule. De ce fait, le seul et unique moyen de prendre possession du véhicule est de prendre leur assurance. Bref, une location qui aurait du me couter 235 euros m'a été facturée 685 euros !!! Rajout du 29/09/2024 suite à la réponse : Nous étions présents au comptoir à 21 h 05 à l'arrivée de l'avion. Est ce de notre faute s'il n'y avait qu'une personne pour le service clients ? Trente minutes d'attente avant d'être pris en charge puis autant pour faire notre dossier donc édition de la prise en charge à 22 h 05 ! Combien de personnes regardent leur carte de crédit et savent que c'est une carte de débit ? J'ai avec cette même carte déjà loué plusieurs véhicules dans différents pays en validant une caution et sans jamais avoir de problèmes !!!
